Both houses included in every reservation.

One day pontoon boat rental (seats 10-12) included (Memorial Day - Labor Day only), including gas. Note: you must sign a separate rental agreement, subject to its requirements. This rental is for an 8-hour daytime period.

Groups must be 25 years old or older (friendly policy to keep the property immaculate)

Weekly rentals CANNOT begin or end on Saturday
