We have an entire team dedicated to the comfort of our guests, available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, we are available for emergency situations. Please note that repairs may not be available on Sundays, as this is a designated rest day for maintenance personnel.

The villa is situated on a quiet side street, on the North Side of Coco, one of the area’s most sought-after destinations.

The villa is ideally located only a 5-minute walk from both the beach and the vibrant main strip of Playas del Coco. In town, guests will find multiple supermarkets for convenient grocery shopping, as well as a wide variety of restaurants offering everything from Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza to burgers and local dishes.

The lively downtown area also features numerous bars and lounges, including a couple of beachfront bars perfect for enjoying a drink with an ocean view. For something sweet, visitors can stop by local spots serving frozen yogurt or authentic gelato. The main strip is also lined with souvenir shops, making it easy to pick up gifts or mementos to remember your stay.

Guests have access to the entire villa, including the pool and outdoor area with a BBQ grill.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

Security Camera Notice
For security purposes, the property is equipped with one outdoor security camera located at the main entrance. The camera has a 360° viewing capability and a human-detection feature that sends alerts when someone is detected on the property.
