Beautiful home

We stayed 4 nights at Buena Vista. We enjoyed having the space with a toddler to be able to move freely in a house rather than a hotel. The view is amazing and the room are spacious.

Home Away From Home

AMAZING!! this home is EXACTLY as pictured. Property was immaculate. More than enough space for our family of 9. The teen cousins enjoyed the bunk beds. My nephew is 6'3" and had no issues getting in and out of the bottom bunk. He was able to sit up with more than enough space overhead. No need to pack beach towels as there were plenty at this home. The kitchen had and over abundance of plates, cups, utensils, etc. There were 2 refrigerators. Literally everything you'd want in a kitchen was there. Coffee maker, keurig, toaster oven, convection oven, air fryer....the list goes on. Plenty of seating. Many areas to lounge around. Pool was amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot swim so I could not pass a certain point. I believe its about 8 feet on the opposite end. The view is spectacular!! We had a issue with water pressure one night and the next day Lissa brought us bottled water. No issues with communication. They have games like cards, jenga, monopoly, puzzles, etc. We took an Uber down into the town which was about 4 USD. We ate at Zi Lounge x2. We did not use the concierge for tours as it was pricey with 9 of us. I used google to search and found someone on Facebook who does tours that visits flamingo, conchal and tamarindo beaches. Flamingo is by FAR my favorite. We also did ziplines and ATV with the same company. It really worked out financially as things can be pricey in Costa Rica. Overall, we had a awesome time. Thank you Zindis team. You are all great!

Perfect in every way!

From the moment we booked this beautiful home to the last time we left and locked up, the process was flawless. Communication was prompt and accurate.The pictures of this outstanding house are impressive and it is even more beautiful in person. The quality of the furniture and decor are top notch. The spacious rooms, wooden furniture and tile throughout provide a sense of calm and simplicity. All furniture was high quality and comfortable. The pool area is captivating and the sunsets are the icing on the cake. We took countless photos of the house and the sunsets. Amazing views

Our stay at the house was amazing! From the moment we got to the house we were spoiled. Alex the house manager from Zindis met us and showed us around the home. Javier our concierge helped line up our excursions and a great meal prepared by Chef Andre and his wife Mary! They were so enjoyable and the food was delicious! I was celebrating my 50th birthday and Alex surprised me with a bouquet of beautiful flowers, wine, beer, and a cake for me! The house was a perfect set up for our group of 6. The infinity pool was so great and we never got tired of the beautiful view! The sunsets were a great end to the day. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach towels were much appreciated. We can’t say enough positive things about our stay! We will be back!

Buena Vista

Great house for our party of six- 2adults, 2 seniors, 2 teenagers . Two master suites . Beautiful views, very well-equipped. The house manager was excellent- extremely helpful in all respects.

COSTA RICA'S BEST VIEW

House was perfect for 2 families to share and the view is amazing. Pictures can't do it justice. When researching, I thought I wanted a newer, more modern style, but, I'm so happy I kept going back to this house for the view because it was absolutley the best part of Costa Rica and the house is much better in person. The only negative is early morning noise from house under construction next door but the view is worth it so just book it. Management was great as well.

The Perfect Vacation

Loved this house! We have rented many VRBO's but this one was the absolute best! Beautiful location and view. We ended up spending more time at the house than we did exploring the area. I could sit there all day looking at the Bay. Beautiful!

Week of Pura Vida

We had a great time at Casa Buena Vista. We can't say enough about the view and the pool and the sunsets. WOW! Just a quick drive down the STEEP hill into Coco Beach and also a 10 minute drive over to Hermosa Beach. The property management company was very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. They also helped us book a private chef for 2 nights as well as made arrangements for an afternoon catamaran snorkel/sunset cruise, which we highly recommend! We had an amazing time and very much recommed the house!

Amazing Stay!!!

This was an incredible property. Really is more beautiful than the pictures. Great place to gather as couples (or with kids if you had them) in a safe area super close to the beach and shops.

Picture perfect home!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. Amazing views, a beautiful pool you could not stay out of, great location near Coco for restaurants, shopping, ice cream and the beach! Everyone super friendly and helpful.

Stunning view!

What a wonderful time with friends and family. We had 4 adults and 4 children and this house was a very comfortable fit. We had more than enough space. The kitchen is well appointed and the towels are fluffy, the beds are cozy, I would definitely return. More than all of this is the view. Sunsets are unmissable.

Great location - as others have said, the views alone are a reason to stay here. It's also very close to Coco and Hermosa beaches and easy to get around if you have a rental car. The layout of the house works very well - basically two wings with two bedrooms on each wing - and a large, central, open area for the kitchen, dining room, and living room - which are all open to the central patio/pool area. The kitchen is huge with lots of storage space, dishes, pots/pans, etc. In a previous review, someone mentioned the motorcycle noise of people driving by - this did not bother us at all. We couldn't hear a thing at night when we were in our bedrooms. Zindis Group is the property management company that takes care of everything - they were very nice, helpful and easy to work with. We used a separate service for pick-up at airport and a riverboat/authentic mountain lunch that we highly recommend: Dees Costa Rica Tours. Dee is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get along with - he has lots of different trips/adventures available.

Amazing place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 5 nights and there were 4 adults and 4 kids. There are two master suites which was perfect for us, and the kids had the option of the queen bed or the bunk beds. Kids of course found these bunk beds to be amazing. The house was very clean. The view is unbeatable and we spent every day in the infinity pool. Coco beach is ok, I recommend going to Hermosa beach for a cleaner less crowded beach. We felt safe with the alarm system and didn’t have any issues. Kitchen was amazing to cook some meals in and has pretty much everything you need. Would 100% recommend!

Amazing location and beautiful home - pool area phenomenal

The property and view stunned us from the first time we walked in the door. The views of Coco Bay are breathtaking, and we had amazing sunsets every night. It's a great place to stay during COVID! Short drives to a number of things, beaches, shopping, etc. Zindis provided great info on things like covid tests, where to get groceries, and connected us to some handy things like a private chef experience for one night of our stay. If you don't have WhatsApp, it is highly recommended for communication in Costa Rica.

Beautiful home with incredible view

Home set up was perfect for our family. Rooms were spaced nicely so everyone could enjoy privacy. The pool was incredible (our 6 and 4 year olds lived in it for the week). The management and concierge were absolutely amazing! They were quick to respond and planned some epic excursions for us. Highly recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning

Everything was perfect. The view, the house, the property manager, EVERYTHING. A wonderful family vacation. We hired a chef one night from FOGO. Outstanding tuna from Chef Glenda!
