"Logistically great! Accommodated very late arrival, all in English, coordinated via WatsApp without an issue, hotel in a nice location, local historical building. Definitely come here if you want the traditional Alsace experience. Easy parking in front of hotel. Room looked like new although the building is hundreds years old."

"The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Great view from the balcony. Above all, the amazing hospitality of Fabric was outstanding - genuinely friendly, huge character. He generously recommended a shop where i could buy delices - and took the trouble to drew me a map of how to get there the following morning. Oh, and did I forget to say? the food and wines were superb! Merci bien Fabrice et tout l'equipe! Je reviendrai..."

"Es war ein wunderbare Kurz Reise nach Phalsbourg! Das Hotel selber ist unterbewertet, hier stimmt alles und der Charme den man hier findet ist Konkurrenz los. Weil es ein Familien Betrieb feeling auf hohen Niveau vermittelt. Auch die Kommunikation seitens des Hotels war sinnvoll und sehr hilfreich! Einfach Spitze!"

"I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was really friendly. The check in process was easy, note that the check in times on hotels.com are not correct and you can check in later. I'd contact the hotel to confirm. They spoke multiple languages at the hotel, which was helpful and were very nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner and reasonably priced. The room itself was nice. I booked the 4 person room for 2 people to have extra space and it was worth it. The regular rooms were...
