This property was easy walking distance to Forsyth park. Kroger was only a block away. The 1 off street parking spot was big enough for our Suburban sized vehicle. Street parking was within a block if needed. The place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There is a little road noise in the master BR, but mainly during the day. No problems at night. The area seemed safe. The kitchen was adequately appointed for cooking. We didn't cook. If planning on wine, might bring more wine glasses. If there are mobility issues, all BRs are upstairs. Pull out couch and 1/2 bath downstairs. There are about 3 steps to front door. Bathrooms were well appointed with soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Girls trip

It was awesome there is a little coffee shop just around the corner lunch sandwiches are awesome. Kroger is just down the road. There were five of us ladies and had a blast. The townhouse was amazing.

Clean house and convenient location

Check-in was easy. One dedicated parking spot, but we found some additional parking on the street for a second vehicle. Easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.

I'd choose another

This was a very disappointing stay for us. The location was great if not on the more run down side of the historical district. The place itself is in need of major updates. The upholstery and furniture are stained and frayed and the carpet is so dirty I didn't want to let the kids even play on it. we pulled the sofa bed for a movie night and there is a huge red stain of who knows what. There was a broken painting just sitting in the floor against the wall in the kitchen. The microwave went out after two days and after many many attempts to reach any of the numbers left for us still had no response and the issue wasn't resolved. I get things go out and it's not their fault but we had no one answer our calls emails or work order. Very upset that we couldn't even get in touch with help if needed. No one could get the remotes to work the upstairs TV. Overall it is a nice square foot for the area but for the price we expected more. At least no stains and usable space where we didn't feel as if it was gross to sit or play on the carpet with the kids. Very unsatisfied

Great Location

The property was a perfect fit for our family. Everyone had a place to sit and enjoy meals and TV. The location was within walking distance to a park for little kids. Driving and getting around was easy and convenient. Our parking space was very handy. Noise travels and we could easily hear our neighbors partying on their patio in the evening.

Great house for a family

Plenty of room for a family. Very close to a grocery store, we were able to walk. Only one assigned parking spot but there was plenty of street parking for a second car. A little far to walk to historic Savannah. The younger people in our group walked it easily but grandparents drove. The kitchen was well equipped and the table was very large.

Great house in a great location

Super convenient location to grocery stores and an easy 20 minute walk into downtown savannah. Additional parking was very close, free, and easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was very well stocked with lots of cups, dishes, and plenty of pots and pans. Only draw back was the squeaky mattresses. Although comfy, made sleeping with a partner a little difficult if you're a light sleeper.

Nice House - Terrible AC and Bad Communication

Long story short. Called and messaged for early check in with no response. We checked in to a broken (frozen) AC in 97 degree Georgia heat. We called and they told us it was after hours so we just had to deal with it and someone would come out tomorrow. This is what you get dealing with a management company and not the owner. Terrible experience, I would NOT recommend this house until they figure out the AC situation.

Nice property, comfortable and cozy

This is a very comfortable home. Nice kitchen and bathrooms and for the most part, comfortable furniture. The mattress on the pull-out sofa is in desperate need of replacing. Very uncomfortable. Some extra dusting on glass and shelves needs to take place. The pictures show the outside furniture. It’s great, but know the air conditioner unit is sitting right there by the door so you will need to turn thermostat up a few degree so it doesn’t come on and drown out conversation. Not a big deal. House is nicely decorated. Great to have a designated parking space. There were places on the wall (left of front door) that need paint. Usually kitchens have some basic condiments but here, not a grain of salt to be found. Dish selection wonderful. Except for the sofa mattress, most things were minor. I really liked this house and I would stay here again.

Somewhat disappointing

Wish it was a little closer to the nicer restaurants and the historic district. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood. House was a bit rundown, not what I expected for supposedly a new townhouse. VRBO always makes everything look better online than it actually is. We had to purchase toilet paper as there were no extra rolls. One thing I did want to mention. We were four seniors in our mid 70’s and we all are in relatively good shape. The stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep. This could be an issue for some seniors. All in all, we had a good time in Savannah.

Loved Savannah

Beautiful townhome located in the perfect spot. We walked all over the city and only had to take two Ubers our entire stay thanks to the public transit. I wish the property “manager” or “contact” would have responded to a single text message. A very heavy mirror came crashing down during our stay. We discovered it was being held up by the flimsiest tacks…not even real screws. No response from the manager and no where to report this incident on the Vacasa webpage or VRBO. No communication whatsoever, and no idea if I’ll be charged or what will come of this. Pretty disappointed with that in particular.

Great Time

We had a wonderful vacation. The home fit our needs well. The location was walkable to various attractions. We loved exploring Savannah, so many places to see and do. The house itself was comfortable and clean, one critique I have is that ceiling fans should also be included in the regularly cleaning process. They were very dusty!
