« Convenient for seeing my son off at MEPS »

« They mention no smoking and that was the first smell of marijuana, There was a leak of water, Mold at the bathtub, wall paint wall falling, lamp broken there was two and one missing, curtains ripped, graffiti in the room and the restroom, lock from main door broken, very dirty. Dissapointed because the photos on website has NOTHING alike in person, I have a video as proof »

« Did not stay, floors were sticky and smell was unbearable. Advertised as one king and sofa bed ( no sofa bed ). Holes in walls and door and ac wall unit did not work well. Stayed 5min and left, booked another hotel with Expedia for the last time, thanks for no refund, I’ll take my business else where👋 »

« Very well equipped and comfortable suites hotel. Great breakfast. Location is just off I80 for those going to Tahoe. »

« Clean room, wonderful staff and good breakfast »

« Nice hotel, quite new. Rooms are big but a little bit noisy for those on the road side. Breakfast is not good at all, should be improved in term of quality. »

« Room was clean. Staff were rude. Arguing and playing with each other upoon checkin »

« 1) There is something I could not clean on the granite countertop to the left of the stove.; 2) All 3 of the shower amenities need to be filled. There was enough body wash but the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Other than the issues above our stay was excellent. But maybe, since it’s getting colder maybe the continental breakfast could include packets of hot chocolate, packets of hot apple cider. That sort of thing. I am allergic to coffee so it would have been nice to have a hot beverage...

« Very nice location. Walking distances to everything in mid-Town. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, welcoming. The room was up to the expected standard with all conveniences and practical. Parking is in a public place next to the hotel and charges $18 max for 24h. Staff told me to make sure not to get in and out in order to avoid being overcharged, and advised to park in the street if I intended to use my car during the day (much cheaper). It was nice to inform. Leave the car in the...

« Séjour convenable. Nous étions surpris de rentrer après une journée à l'extérieur de trouver une chambre non faite et pas de serviettes propres. Un manque de réactivité pour résoudre les problèmes. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre. Mais le cadre rustique est juste incroyable. »

« Everything was nice and clean »

« Excellently appointed room. Met all of my expectations and more. Clean and the bathroom was designed properly. Great shower with shelf to shave your legs. Nice fog-proof lighted mirror. Bed was comfy. Closet with full-length mirror for dressing. And the staff were more than accommodating. Indie was super helpful in responding to an item I thought I'd left in the room after checkout. I would definitely stay at this motel again. »
