« This is a pleasant place to stay—everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The pretty courtyard in the center is a nice place to gather with friends and family. Their own bar/restaurant is staffed by friendly people, and it’s just across a small parking lot to a great bagel shop, a Starbucks, Chinese food, and a renown pizza restaurant, making it hard to decide what to eat while staying there. « The cleaning team should do better in refilling their toiletries and lotions, shampoo, etc. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness could be better for a hotel as nice as the embassy, the cleaning is not so great. The elevators for example were very dirty with the windows and rooms not as clean as hoped for. Overall the staff were helpful and handled my children’s burned from hotel lotion situation good with a discount. Which was a scary interaction I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. « The walls are very thin between the rooms to the point that I had to call the front desk at 11pm for the neighbor making calls and it sounded like he was in our room. We had to use a plumbers helper from the time we checked in until we left to flush the toilet.. Not a good experience but the staff was kind enough to provide us with the plunger.. »
