Hôtel près de Château Krastowitz, Klagenfurt, Klagenfurt

« We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty and healthy options to choose from. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight and a great place to relax. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone attending the United World Games. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. There was a small housekeeping oversight during one of the towel changes, as one of the large bath towels was not replaced, but this was clearly just...

« Bien »

« L’accueil et la qualité du service. »

« Alles soweit ok »

Trotzdem ein sehr schön renoviertes Hotel - sehr...

« easy to find, clean, calm, closed garage, all was fine and not far away from highway. »

« Incroyable hotel 😃 »

« Great apartment style hotel, with great views of the surrounding mountains. Good place to use as a base to explore from. »

The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...
