Hôtel près de Château de Pitzelstätten, Klagenfurt, Klagenfurt

« We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty and healthy options to choose from. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight and a great place to relax. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone attending the United World Games. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. There was a small housekeeping oversight during one of the towel changes, as one of the large bath towels was not replaced, but this was clearly just...

« Bien »

« Alles soweit ok »

« L’accueil et la qualité du service. »

« Looks OK, nothing to put as remarks...Nice and very helpful team, you can have for free bikes, SPA services...it was too cold to do something yet at the lake... »

« easy to find, clean, calm, closed garage, all was fine and not far away from highway. »

Ils on meme offert des peluches à mes enfants. La chambre est grande propre et calme. Tout était parfait. Très bon petit déjeuner aussi. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci »

« If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...
