"Séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, accueil parfait malgré la barrière de la langue, nous ne parlons pas allemand et l'hôtesse d'accueil parlait très peu français mais à fait l'effort pour que nous puissions nous comprendre. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre comme la salle de bain, le petit déjeuner était convenable à partir de 6h la semaine et 7h le weekend, ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir partir tôt pour nos activités. La piscine est vraiment très grande c'est la je trouve le point fort de cet hôtel avec bien sûr le parking gratuit qui est très grand. Un accès direct de l'hôtel par un tunnel, avec un très grand bassin de nage, des toboggans, trois plongeoirs, deux piscines type bain à remous avec différents jets, un bassin pour les petits, un grand solarium ainsi qu'un espace restauration. Avec un très grande amplitude d'horaire (8h-21h en semaine). Si nous avons de nouveau l'occasion d'aller en Allemagne, il y a de grandes chances pour que nous y allions de nouveau."

"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. The cables hanging directly above the bed for the bed lights made it all seem unfinished too. The shower drain was blocked, and you had to turn off the water every 30s for the water to drain away. The towels were also not of adequate size (too small) and were of bad quality. The parking situation at this accommodation is abysmal. There are only 2 spaces available, which you need to pay for, and which are never available. From what I understood, the place was not finished. I would say there is quite a bit of work left before opening it up to the public."

"Très déçue que l'établissement ait refusé le remboursement suite à l'annulation de 8 nuitées pour raisons professionnelles, alors que nous sommes des clients habitués. J'attendais vraiment un geste commercial de leur part."
