Our apartment is located in a newly built house on the entire first floor. With fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob - oven - fridge and freezer combination - coffee machine .......

Our bedrooms are all at the back with a view of the mountains, with a flat screen.
2 bathrooms and a beautiful terrace - where you could maybe enjoy your breakfast.

Short journey to the ski lift like Horbergbahn and Zillertal Arena with the ski bus 4 houses further or also with the train 5 minutes walk to the train stop to the Kaltenbach - Hochfügen ski area

In summer we offer our guests free admission to the outdoor pools in Hippach and Mayrhofen, as well as a 3 hour ticket to the indoor pool in Mayrhofen (maybe in bad weather)

Stunning apartment.
Beautiful, modern, sparkling clean apartment with a balcony to dine. Lots of extra special benefits (heart shaped theme including soaps, fresh bed in the morning, Netflix...). Great location close to train stop. Walking paths nearby, and superb children's play areas and outdoor pool in Zell am Ziller. Cable cars are a great experience.

Tolle Wohnung und super nette Familie
Wir waren mit 6 Personen (2 Teenager und 4 Erwachsene) in der tollen und sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im kleineren Teil von Laimach zwischen Zell am Ziller und Hippach direkt am Ziller, den man nachts besonders gut rauschen hört.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist recht günstig, weil man von dort gut in die vielen verschiedenen Skigebiete kommt.
Eine Bedarfshaltestelle der Zillertalbahn ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Skibusse fahren nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die großzügigen Doppelzimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet. Ein Doppelzimmer ist direkt mit einem Bad verbunden. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone wobei der Balkon an der Küche sehr gut zum sitzen in der Sonne geeignet ist.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Sitzecke an der 6 Personen bequem Platz finden.
Michaela und ihre Familie sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter und haben uns in unserer Not (wir hatten einen großen Teil unserer Skikleidung zuhause vergessen) sehr geholfen.

Es gibt einen super praktischen Brötchen Service und gratis Kaffee(Kapseln)
Noch ein Tipp: der Metzgerwirt ein paar Häuser weiter ist ein fantastisches Restaurant mit leckeren Gerichten bei denen man sich kaum entscheiden kann. Alles sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir können die Wohnung und einen Urlaub im Zillertal sehr empfehlen.

Ruim, mooi, netjes, goed ingericht en goed uitgerust appartement.
Wij hebben recent een week in dit appartement doorgebracht ivm onze wintersport vakantie.
Het is een ruim, mooi, netjes, goed ingericht en goed uitgerust appartement. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar/eigenaresse.
De foto's op de website zijn accuraat en geven een goede indruk van hoe de woning is.
Vanaf het appartement is het 6 minuten rijden naar de Horberg Skilift dus prima te doen.
Zeker een aanrader om dit ruime appartement te bezoeken
met een groep van 4 tot 8 personen.

Wunderbar !
Es war ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub, wir sind mit 7 Erwachsenen gereist und die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt, super geräumig, top Sauberkeit. Super Lage mit Top Aussicht! Die Vermieterin Frau Hundsbichler ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, der Brötchenservice am Morgen hat unseren Urlaub nochmal versüßt. Vielen Dank ! Wir kommen wieder !

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut im Zillertal gelegen : ruhig aber zentral. Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben zwei herrliche Sommerwochen mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber.
Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und der Gratis-Kaffee hat besonders lecker geschmeckt. Danke nochmal! :)
Die Vermieter haben einen Brötchenservice angeboten, was zwar etwas teurer, aber sehr praktisch war.
Der Ausblick entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten im Zillertal waren grenzenlos und perfekt für die Familie.
Zukünftige Besucher sollten darauf achten, dass der Standort der Wohnung bei Google nicht exakt angezeigt wird. Das Haus befindet sich nicht hinter dem Feld auf der rechten, sondern vor dem Feld auf der linken Seite (aus Richtung Zell am Zillertal kommend - 4 Häuser hinter dem Metzgerwirt, der sehr zu empfehlen ist).
Der Urlaub war rundum schön!
