« Room wasn’t very clean and no air con. My room was above the wedding reception that was on so having the windows open was very noisy. The fan provided was covered in dust. The corridor was very noisy with people walking up and down and multiple doors opening and closing. »

« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

« Had to request bath towels as they didn’t leave any and when I requested some I got told we didn’t need bath towels as we didn’t have a bath in our room we had a shower !!!!! No bedding for the sofa bed as we didn’t request any!! »

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »

« The Hotel is advertised as having parking,but thats not true,it has now been set up as a beer garden. The public car parks that they advise you to use are across the road and because the entrance and exit are set up to detere caravanners can be difficult to navigate ,two cars where badly damaged in the two days I was there entering and leaving them. The public spaces in the hotel are nice and presentable,breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The room itself was shabby, very dated and...
