  • Récemment rénové et confortable condominium rez de chaussée juste à côté de la rivière Necanicum et à seulement une courte promenade du Centre des congrès, du centre-ville et de la plage. Meublé avec goût avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris lit King dans la chambre principale, lit Queen dans la 2ème chambre et salle de bain complète avec combo baignoire / douche. La troisième chambre a 2 jumeaux. Salon a des sièges confortables avec TV / lecteur DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, y compris lave-vaisselle avec coin repas et terrasse privée fermée. Accès internet gratuit. L'unité est autorisée pour une occupation maximale de 6 personnes avec un maximum de 2 véhicules autorisés. Animaux OK avec l'approbation et les frais pour animaux. Ne pas fumer.

This was a convenient place to stay in Seaside. All the shops, restaurants, and beach were easily walkable. The condo itself was comfortable enough for a couple of nights. We were in town for a competition so didn’t spend much time there.

Condo was a spacious stay for three professionals in town for a conference bring held at Seaside Convention Center. The unit was only a couple of blocks from convention center so each of us could walk back and forth as needed. Parking was available right outside the unit.

Our stay at Riverwalk Condominiums in Seaside, OR, was absolutely delightful! This ground-floor unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing beach getaway—comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and that private patio right off the living room was ideal.The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to the beach, easy walking to the Promenade, shops, and restaurants in downtown Seaside. The hosts were incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and thoughtful local tips that made everything seamless.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely three bedroom apartment. It's fully equipped, quiet, beautifully decorated and close to everything. Will definitely book again.

I absolutely loved this place! It reminded me of when I first started using Vrbo years ago. It felt like home. I loved the decor, and there were dressers to put your clothes and extras in the closet, like kites, rain coats, and beach gear. The house was very clean, and the kitchen had not only everything you need to cook, but also extra items left behind by previous guests (always one of my favorite things). It was a great location, super close to the beach, downtown, the convention center, and the aquarium. There is designated parking close to the unit, which is a bonus. I would certainly stay again and recommend the place to anyone else.

The property was perfect. We were attending an event at the convention center and the location was perfect. The unit was clean, well decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay tremendously

Great place for the family

The whole family enjoyed the stay here. Space for everyone. Close to the beach and easy walk to downtown. Next time we are in Seaside we will stay here again.

Place is great

It was great- a few things- it did have a hibt of dog pee smell but even though we didnt have any animals- we love dogs so it didnt bother us much. Also- there was some doggy hair in places and the bed is starting to sag but overall - place was perfect- planty of everything- good spot and affordable. Loves our stay

The host was quite welcoming as well as helpful. The space was cleaned well. Parking was excellent. Location was a total plus!We only noticed a few things that could use improvement. The master bathroom toilet seat could be replaced (just showing its age), the heater in the master bedroom was loud (like inhibits peaceful rest), the beds’ mattresses could be replaced (twin beds were noisy & uncomfortable, master bed was sunk in the middle & the sides of the mattress were higher than the rest of the mattress, the queen bed was fine)

It was perfect for my work and my families play. The only glitch was that our map would not take us to the property. I was able to get ahold of the manager who talked us right to it. It makes gut be helpful to tell guest that there could be an issue.

Family fun at the beach

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a great time! We forget a laptop bag when we left. The manager contacted me and met me after hours to return it. Thank you for going out of your way for us!

Work trip

Attended a conference at the conference center. Our condo was within walking distance which was nice. So much better than a shared hotel room for close to the same price. Just FYI, the puzzle of Seaside is missing a lot of pieces. Will definitely stay there again for future conferences.
