« Great place and terrific location to Seaside. »

« The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. « Obviously, the location is fantastic and the views were incredible. But the house has some major deferred maintenance. The main porch had extreme wood rot on the railings, cushions were dingy, the outdoor beverage refrigerators didn't work, the grill didn't work and was rusted over etc. etc. For two days, two of the downstairs bathrooms didn't have functioning lights which was a major problem. We tried the breakers but nothing was tripped so maintenance had to come each time. The floors in the...

« Communication prior to and during our trip was perfectly attentive and friendly. The house is every bit as beautiful as it looks online. Clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Air conditioning works great. Kitchen is great for making a quick meal or breakfast. Unbeatable location. We will be coming back as many times as possible! Loved this stay — thank you Rob!! »
