Other Things to Note:

1. NO PARTY OR EVENT

We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call the platform to force evacuating the party groups based on the channel policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.



2. QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM

We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.



3. NO SMOKING

If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.



4. NO SHOES

We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.



5. Self Catering

This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.



6. Early check-in

We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.



7. NO late check-out

Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.



8. Dispose trash in the right bins

Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.



9. Lost & Found

Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).



CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No Refunds within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $180 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
