We enjoyed our stay at Vince's in Green Lake. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Check-in was easy. We had our own privacy in the appartment. Apartment with a nice decor. We would definitively return and recommend it.
Beautiful spot just a block away from green lake! I donât spend that much time in the VRBO, but when I was there it was beautiful, comfortable, and provided a perfect hub to take several walks around green lake right next door. I love the setup with the second floor bedroom and bathroom and third floor extra bed. Very cute overall, I would absolutely stay here again, and it is very reasonably priced compared to similar but less interesting properties!
The Birdhouse, located in the Wallingford neighborhood and a short walk to Green Lake, was comfortable for my spouse and 7 year old. The owner lives in the same property and was very friendly and helpful.
The Birdhouse is my new favorite Seattle location!
I loved everything about this beautiful, clean, neat property right next to Greenlake. Prime location close to Whole Foods, great neighborhoods, and the best walking in Seattle. Best host, too! Organized, communicative, and available. So glad to have found this and will be back!
Super clean, everything functioned well. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our time here. It's a quiet low-traffic neighborhood, we walked to coffee and donut shops! Hope to be back again!
Two mature women enjoyed our weekend stay at the Birdhouse on Green Lake. The vrbo is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being walking distance (less than 1/2 mile) to a cute area with coffee shops, lunch spot restaurants, and a small market.
Please note that the vrbo loft isn't an easy option for those of us who are up and down during the night. The den couch worked fine as a 2nd bed back up.
We look forward to our next Seattle excursion.
Lovely home with a lot of thoughtful amenities (Q-tips, lotion, etc.). We spent a quick night to decompress after an Alaskan cruise before we flew home, it was the perfect place to relax! You can walk to a cute area to eat or pick up wine/food just a few blocks away or walk to the Woodland Zoo within a 1/2 hour. Just walking around and looking at the gorgeous Craftsman and Victorian homes is a delight. Enjoyed dinner and a glass of wine on the large front deck. We were there on a warm summer day (about 85 degrees) and because there is no central air, it was very warm inside. There is a portable air conditioning unit upstairs, so you can make the master pretty comfortable if you blast it, but the loft bedroom never cooled down enough to use. I liked that there were instructions all over the house - so refreshing! If you stay, check you email after you check in because they will send you a link to all of the house instructions. Great idea IF you check your email. We didn't. A simple laminated QR Code in the house that takes you to the instructions would solve this issue. Overall, a lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood that lets you experience life outside of downtown Seattle.

My child wants to move into this VRBO full-time if that tells you anything! We loved the well-designed space and especially loved that the property was dog-friendly which enabled us to bring our best buddy on the trip too. The location is superb with coffee shop and lake all walking distance and there was easy street parking. The owners were very communicative should we need anything (we didn't, the rental had everything we could have needed). Also, the beds and linens were incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend and we'll be back next time our travels take us to Seattle.
Incredible location and good home base to branch off from and experience Seattle for a family of 4 or less.
Vince was responsive to all of my questions
The only drawback was my interactions with Aardvark rental properties who were also involved with the billing and providing information about the rental. This added layer of bureaucracy made the process more cumbersome than it had to be. Granted I am new to dealing with them so it could have been user error
Green lake is my favorite part of Seattle and this place was perfect for me. The bathroom is upstairs so you need to be able to do stairs, but besides that it is a perfect place to stay. I will definitely be back!
Great location near Green Lake. Hosts were extremely communicative and the beds were super comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and public transportation. We would definitely love to stay here again!
We loved staying at the BirdHouse! It was a quick walk to Green Lake where there was lots to do for the whole family -- playground, lake, walking path, and restaurants. The house was pristine and the patio was lovely.
My husband and I had a great stay in this beautiful neighborhood. We got up early every morning and walked around Green Lake. Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. It was a comfortable place , we love it!
it was great to stay in a clean, well-kept property in an established residential neighborhood rather than a hotel or motel. Parking and checking were easy. The space itself was simple but very clean and flooded with natural light with windows in all rooms. We would definitely stay here again when in Seattle.
