But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! I can’t give this property enough stars!!! Absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated! The location is fabulous, a short walk to downtown! The kitchen has anything you would need and the outdoor blankets were so thoughtful!

Overall our stay was pleasant. This seems to be a newly renovated so it’s equipped with all modern amenities. The location is near to most of the touristy spots. However, property needs deep cleaning. The living room carpet needs to be cleaned properly. It’s full of pet hair and as far as I remember the property is listed as with no pet policy but apparently they can allow dogs on request. Our clothes full of pet hair as soon as we sat on the carpet. Another thing to consider is the checkout time. I think this is my first rental property where checkout time is 10am which is not common in my view. Late checkout request was extra cost.

The property is very comfortable with generous seating in all areas. The 8 of us watched football and a movie and everyone had a comfortable seat. The fire table made the outdoor seating special. We made great use of the hot tub. We walked to shops, enjoyed the hikes and good food. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms lavish. It is a wonderful place to stay.

This property was perfect for our stay! It was easy to navigate to/from and in such a central location in uptown Sedona. The kitchen and living room were clean and spacious. I wish we had more time to spend out enjoying the patio but we did make use of the fire pit one night to stare up at the stars. I would definitely book this property again!

Beautiful but noisy

The house was perfect. We have stayed at many VRBO properties, and this was by far the best appointed. Everything you need for the kitchen, ample towels, outdoor blankets; huge and well furnished patio with hot tub games and fire pit. The only issue and one that we were not informed about at booking is that there are 2 large construction projects that create significant noise all day. One is the construction of a parking garage next door and also some infrastructure work carries out in front of the property and across the street.

Great location

This was a great location right in town.Property was perfect for our needs with four friends traveling together .Property was clean and easily accessed.Unfortunately, though not the owner's doing, they are building a parking garage next door.It was a bit hard to find the driveway with our late arrival in the dark and construction fencing and equipment in the road.Workers from 7am - 5 pm everyday.It was not a big deal for us as we were out every day except for one afternoon when they were hammer drilling from 4-5 at the end of the driveway and our patio conversation had to be elevated to hear each other . Hopefully that construction will be over soon.

They literally digging the Chunnel next to the house. Total construction zone from 8 am to 8 pm. Too bad because the house was great. I left a day early.

Beautiful home in great location

This home was perfect for our stay in Sedona. It is exceptionally well appointed throughout. The outdoor patio with views all around is fantastic. The location can't be beat with just a short walk into town. Would stay here again and highly recommend for vacationing in Sedona.

The place was great although the construction was a bit unexpected. Perfect location otherwise! The back bedrooms were very hot to sleep in and skylights made it bright early morning. Overall enjoyed the stay! Adorably decorated!!

Great downtown location with no feeling that your downtown. Views are amazing!!! House was really cool. So secluded feeling even tho your 2 blocks away from Sedona visitor center. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!! Brent
