Although Juniper Breeze is part of a duplex with a 2bdrm next door, your space is completely separate, ensuring privacy. Book your stay today and discover the beauty and adventure that Sedona has to offer!



Guest Access:

This home is one half of a duplex and there is a 2bdrm (Juniper Cove) in the other half of the house (also available to rent if your party needs more space). However, everything noted in this listing (including the backyard), you will have private access to you and your guests. Despite having two rentals in the house, the two spaces are completely private and separate.



You will have dedicated parking on-site per check in instructions. Please ONLY park in the driveway in front of the garage. The other gravel lots are for the other unit on the property.



The Neighborhood:

Juniper Knolls is an adorable neighborhood with a mix of local residents and vacation homes. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and observe quiet hours 10pm-6am (no loud music, excessive noise, etc)



Getting Around:

Conveniently located right off of 89A, there are lots of restaurants and shopping just down the road so you could get by without a car, but there is so much to see and do in Sedona we highly recommend a car - there are a handful of ubers and lyfts in the area but are not too reliable. Doordash usually is pretty available but not 100%.



Other Things to Note:

Please understand we are close to undeveloped land. You might encounter wildlife while in our neighborhood and around are home including bobcats, javalinas, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, roaches, crickets, etc. We do spray for pests regularly around the home to reduce the incidence as much as possible. Javelinas especially are known to wander through the area. If you’re lucky enough to see one, please refrain from feeding them.



Our hot tub is serviced weekly on Sundays. If you are staying during these days our technician will be accessing the backyard during the day to balance chemicals, clean filter, etc



Trash and recycling will be near the garage.



We are right off of the main road in Sedona (89A), it is very convenient and although we do not back the main road, you will get some level of traffic noise when outside. The security camera is on the garage and faces the street. Backyard is completely fenced in and private.
