  • Nestled in a tranquil location, Mulberry Lodge provides the perfect escape from day to day life and ideal setting for your breakaway with friends or family.
    Imagine the ultimate relaxation, in a luxurious hot tub, overlooking the stunning lake setting…

    The lodge consists of a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and 2 bedrooms.
    The kitchen area is well equipped for a guest to cook a basic meal, with all the electrical appliances you should need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and toaster. Following on from the kitchen dining table with seating for 4 guests. Offering the option to dine in, or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants.

    The living space provides a comfortable sofa overlooking the Smart Tv and an electric fire.

    Heading into the bathroom, you will find a WC and a Bath with an overhead shower.

    The first bedroom offers a double bed and the second bedroom offers 2 single beds. Each bedroom has clothes storage space and hotel quality bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

    The stunning outside area offers a spacious decked area, overlooking the lake. With outdoor dining space for 4 and a luxury 4 seater hot tub.

    The lodge park itself offers a peaceful and scenic setting to base your stay. The surrounding area offers a number of delicious restaurants, along side being just a 15 minute drive away from York’s Designer Shopping outlet and just a 25 minute drive away from the historic City of York.

    A few things to note -
    The lodge comes equipped with free WIFI for the duration of your stay.
    Highchairs, Travel Cots and Ironing Facilities can be provided upon request.
    Smoking is permitted on the decking area.
    Special packages are available at an extra cost, ideal for birthdays, anniversaries etc.

just what we needed

We had such a lovely stay at the lodge just what we needed beautiful views from the hot tub so peaceful we had so much fun playing darts and pool the amenities were 5 star The lodge is decorated beautifully so modern gorgeous comfy sofa and even comfier beds We will definitely be and will be recommending to all our family and friends 5 star lodge Thank you for having us

Lovely Place

We stayed here for mine and my friend’s 30th birthday, the place is absolutely beautiful! The beds are super comfy, hot tub over looking the lake was so relaxing. The pool table and dart board just added to the whole weekend. This is a place you can come to and not leave as you have everything there, we will definitely be returning!!

Pure luxury

Absolutely amazing stay!! It's lovely to actually stay in luxury with children as most places of this standard do not allow children. Great facilities, beautiful scenery with all the finishing touches. I would highly recommend and would definitely love to return!!

Lovely weekend in Mulberry Lodge

We had a lovely time, the lodge was great with everything you need. The outside games room area maybe could do with updating a bit. The darts where all snapped and the pool table was wonky beeing leveled off with a beer mat. The hot tub was amazing looking over the pond. We would definitely come back.

Couples Valentines Weekend Away

We had a lovely stay at the Mulberry lodge during Valentine’s weekend. Upon arrival the romantic package was set up and my girlfriend absolutely loved it, and made a lovely start to the weekend after a long journey on the motorway. Throughout the weekend we used all amenities especially the dart board and hot tub. The location over the pond was to die for and we even spotted a kingfisher. The lodge itself had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and store all the food and drinks. 10/10 would recommend and already planning to come back again.

Amazing place

Amazing place in a perfect location with more than everything you need for a relaxing break. We took our 3 year old for a 3 night stay and will definitely be booking to come back.
