This was our second stay at Amy’s house. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 children. It’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pantry has many condiments and spices etc. and many other goodies. Lots of coffee and tea! Bayside resort is our favorite place. Has all the amenities for any age. Amy’s house has a wide range of bikes and beach chairs. We even found found a net we could catch crabs with. Staying at Amy’s house has been our summer highlight for the past two years and will definitely book again for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was perfect for our group of three families with four teens. The house itself is beautiful and in a great location, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. It was also incredibly well stocked with everything we could need—beach supplies, bikes, coffee, tea, condiments, linens, and plenty of towels. Amy, our host, was excellent and very responsive whenever we had a question. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

We have rented many houses in Bayside over the years, and this house is our new favorite! Specific things we enjoyed at this house as compared to others: Layout of rooms, different living spaces indoors & outdoors all great. Beds & bedding very comfy; bath towels provided were nice & plush.House is well stocked in the kitchen and all the bikes & beach equipment you need.Great furnishings (my teenage son still talking about the most comfortable couch he’s ever sat on) & emphasis on local artwork.Homeowner responded to my many questions immediately & patiently despite the fact that the info was already provided and I just didn’t read it. And I cannot overstate the convenience of beds already being made upon your arrival and not having to deal with stripping/washing of bed linens when you’re trying to leave at the end of your stay. Don’t hesitate, this is the one.

Huge, well-stocked house!

My family and I have been vacationing at Bayside since 2009. We've stayed at various beautiful homes over the years, but no home has been as well-stocked as this one. For example, the doors of the fridge were full of in-date condiments, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. There was plenty of hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and tissues. The property was truly "move-in" ready. Normally, we get to a house and then have to go purchase essentials. Not here. The screened-in porch is the biggest one we've ever had, and there's even an additional outdoor patio near the grill. Amy, the host, is incredibly kind and responsive to all communication. She very clearly cares about the comfort of her guests and the quality of her home. I highly recommend this huge, gorgeous property for a beautiful vacation.

This is a great property and a great location. The owner was very responsive. Door lock didn’t work upon a rival. However, the owner was very responsive and had it taken care of immediately. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The hired cleaners could definitely do a better job. There were lots of amenities and extras there at home.

Absolutely perfect!

Will definitely stay again. Kitchen is amazing and fully equipped. House was clean and very comfortable. Had a problem the second night with one of the TVs, called Amy and she had someone come out and fix it within 10 minutes. ( lil kids were happy). Plenty of beach chairs and bicycles. Had fun exploring on the bikes. 15 people in our family and had plenty of room. Love this house and Amy!!!

Sorority get-away

This was the only property that would allow us to rent as we were a group of sorority sisters. We are a respectful group of girls and just wanted somewhere to relax for the weekend. The house itself was amazing and in very good condition. It was a very nice neighborhood and the beach was very convenient.

Christmas Family Trip

My husband and I take our adult children and our grandchildren away to the beach for a long weekend for their Christmas gift. This house accommodated all 14 of us very nicely. The kids enjoyed riding bikes and playing kickball. Great neighborhood for walking too. The kitchen pantry was stocked, there were condiments in the refrigerator and a fully stocked coffee bar. The house was very clean and having linens included was a plus. Amy was an excellent host and great with communication.

New Year's Weekend with Family

We had a wonderful visit in this lovely home. We had 4 generations together ranging from age 81 to 19 months. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the multi-level gathering spaces. In addition, having 2 bedrooms on the first floor was perfect for the senior family members. We put the porta crib in the walk in closet which really helped the baby sleep! The host was easy to communicate with and the home is very comfortable and well decorated. We highly recommend this rental and would definitiely stay again!

Great house for multiple families!

I’m sharing a detailed review for any future guests that are type A like myself and like to read extensive details :) I cannot express enough what a wonderful host Amy has been. She responded to my questions at all times of the day within minutes. Her communication was top notch with great attention to detail. The house itself is fantastic for multiples families and age groups. We had 2 families in our party and 4 kids ages 1-8. The house was so well equipped for young children. Lots of kid dishes, clean pack n play, high chair, games, wagons and bikes. we also rented a double stroller and baby gate from Sunshine Baby rentals and had a great experience with them as well. The house is an easy walk to the pool which we also sometimes drove and there was plenty of parking. It was so well stocked with supplies, the best I’ve ever seen! The house was clean but could have probably used a deep clean. However it was the end of the summer and I’m sure just from the volume of renters. We have so many fun memories staying at Bayside. Biking, making new friends (including lots of 4 legged friends), cooking dinners, easy trips to the beach and boardwalk, intense games of uno on the screened in porch and walks in the scenic community. We will be back!

This house for all vacationers

Beautiful house. Fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Beds and pillows were cleaned and comfortable. TVs in every room was a plus for the kids. They enjoyed the board games while the toddlers enjoyed the giant connect four. We had 15 in our family. There was enough beds for all and enough space for all. We had dinners inside and also on the screened in porch. We enjoyed the community pools and activities at the resort. Our teens went bike riding. House has many bikes and a wagon for the toddlers. Took a short drive to one of the many beaches and went shopping at the board walk. Couple of us and our teens went fishing at (Chasin Tides Charter) and highly recommend them. They are about a 30 mins drive from the house. I highly recommend this home and look forward to renting again. Amy was amazing to communicate with, she would reply back instantly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Amy.

Wonderful home for an extended family/friends in an awesome resort community!

My family of five (2 teens/ 1 young adult) and my best friend's family of five (1 teen/2 young adults) thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. The two king suites worked well for our group and there was enough room for our all of our kids. We loved the common spaces and the outdoor spaces and took full advantage of the beautiful kitchen, as well as the Xbox 360, games, and DVDs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools, kayaking and lunch at the point, biking, the proximity to the beach and all the other amenities the Bayside Resort has to offer. Overall one of our favorite family vacations!

Beautiful and clean house

The home is located in a lovely and safe planned community with a grocery store within 5 minutes. Great biking trails and many beautiful homes to admire in the neighborhood. Convenient to Ocean City. The house is clean and well decorated. It was inconvenient bringing our own sheets and towels as instructed by the host since our party was traveling from a distance. I would highly recommend this rental.

House was exactly what we needed for our girls weekend. Very stocked with all amenities, clean and spacious. Community was great for walking, biking, etc. Owner was extremely responsive and informative. Would rent again.
