« Bohdan was so helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate us. The fenced yard was great for our dog and the house was warm, clean, and cozy (but not at all small) for our New Years trip. The kitchen was really well stocked, the bedrooms, living room, dining room, and bathrooms were all great with lots of little details thought of. We felt completely taken care of. Thank you! »

« If you want to stay in a house that has everything you want or need for your stay this is the place!! The hosts have thought of everything!! All you need are your clothes and food!! We had the most enjoyable weekend and it all started with communication with Bill. It was so much better than a hotel and this was my 1st experience renting. « The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. »

« We enjoyed our stay! Very happy about the short distance to Bethany Beach and easy access to grocery store. Host was very helpful and let us know about the renovation before we got there. We weren't able to use the garage to park one of the cars due to the renovation but neighbor was very nice an let us park a car in their extra spot. I would stay there again in the future. »
