Diese traumhafte Location gehört zu den schönsten und best geführtesten Hotels, in denen ich jemals gewohnt habe. Die Poolvilla Meerblick erfüllt alle Träume. Überaus liebenswürdiges und aufmerksames Personal, das rundum verwöhnt. Poolanlage, Strand, Bars, Restaurant liebevollst gestaltetet. Die Sunsets muss man genießen von jedem Platz dieser Anlage. Hier werden sogar die Sonnenbrillen gereinigt! Im Seminyak Bali bleibt definitiv kein Wunsch offen! Danke für diese schönen Tage an das Direktorium und die gesamte Crew mit Oka, Doki, Rudi, das Restaurantteam!

Schönes Hotel in Seminyak
Tolles Hotel direkt am Strand mitten in Seminyak. Zum Surfen ist der Strand super geeignet, zum Schwimmen weniger. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem alles sehr hochwertig. Garden-Wing Zimmer befinden sich außerhalb der "Haupt-Hotelanlage", gegenüber einer viel befahren Straße. Daher lieber ab Beach-Wing Kategorie buchen. Themenbuffets sind übersichtlich aber qualitativ gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Gläser sollten poliert werden bzw. sauber sein bei den doch relativ hohen Preisen.

Wunderschöner Pool mit super Service... immer wieder wurden kleine Aufmerksamkeiten serviert und sogar ein Sonnenbrillenreinigungsservice gab es! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gepflegt sowie die ganze Anlage!

Sehr schönes luxuriöses Strandhotel auf Bali!
Das Hotel ist sehr neu und hat eine super Lage; man ist wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, sowie direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet gut und das Personal hat Rücksicht auf extra Wünsche wie glutenfrei, laktosefrei etc. genommen. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass es nochmal ein extra Gebäude gibt, welches 2 min von der eigentlichen Anlage entfernt ist. Dort sind einige Zimmer. Um zu dem Gebäude zu kommen, muss man die Strasse überqueren. Die beiden Anlagen werden jedoch rund um die Uhr bewacht. Allen in allem ist das Hotel TOP!!

Das essen war schlecht. Haben in einheimischen restaurants in bali, essen inkl getränk, € 2,5 bezahlt. In diesen restaurants war das essen meistens bei weitem besser! Für abendveranstaltungen, zb folkloretanz, wurde extra eintritt verlangt. Der strand vor dem hotel, ist zwar öffentlich, darf aber auch hier von einen hotel das 5 sterne haben möchte, mehr erwarten. In summe: dieses hotel ist leider das geld nicht wert!

Wir hatten eine Ocean Pool Villa gebucht. Diese war um 15.30 Uhr immer noch nicht bezugsfertig. Das Hotel ist schön und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Leider reicht dies in dieser Hotelkategorie nicht aus wenn der Service nicht funktioniert. Wer darüber nachdenkt eine hohe Zimmerkategorie zu buchen (Suite oder Villa) ist nebenan im Legian besser aufgehoben.

Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und die Infrastruktur sehr alt. Wer in den Ferien auch aktiv bleiben will und z.B. ein Fitness Center erwartet wird enttäuscht sein. Der Poolbereich ist ok jedoch für ein 5 Stern Hotel eher bescheiden.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Hotelanlage ist traumhaft und das Personal ist Hervorragend. Die Lage ist direkt am Strand (von diesem haben wir mehr erwartet, da kann das Hotel jedoch auch nichts dafür) udn der Aussenpool ist wunderschön. Die Einkaufsstrasse vom Seminyak ist auch nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Wow! Super tolles Hotel! Sehr sauber und gepflegt, Personal alle extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Preise im Hotel etwas teuer, jedoch für diesen Standart angemessen. Super toller Pool direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Wir hatten eine Ocean Suite, welche perfekt war. Sehr sauber und gross mit Balkon. In der Umgebung hat es viele Marktstände sowie Restaurants, Pubs und Supermarkts (24h offen). Wir werden dieses Hotel unbedingt wieder besuchen! Einfach toll und super zum Erholen!

Wir haben es medium + gefunden. Die Ursache ist, dass das Servicekonzept nicht genug konsequent umgesetzt ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar freundlich aber es fehlt immer an Sachen; Das WIFI funktionierte im Garten nicht - niemand wusste wieso, Musik konnte man im Poolbar nicht spielen weil die Anlage defekt war usw....Kleine Sachen, welche das Management im Griff haben sollte

Superhotel für alle, die ein paar tage ruhe und schönsten meeresausblick wollen. Eindrücklich war der brandungssound der recht hohen wellen. Baden im meer nicht immer möglich. Pool direkt am strand, wasser recht warm. Die anlage ist gut im schuss; intensive ausräucherung des gartens halten moskitos fern. Zum essen empfehlenswert ist das bali café, in seminyak dorf.

nearly a dream at the beach
We had a few great days in this wonderful hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, everything worked well at any time. Nice pools are located near the beach, you can swim into the sunset. So the all time present beachsellers can come very closely, but cannot enter the hotel area. Good idea: Join one time the dinner at the hotel - food is delicious there. WLAN was easy functioning. Another recommendation: Take the rooms with ocean-view because they are located upstairs. On ground level you can directly look into the rooms from the garden walks. Only one constraint: Don´t take children with you. Its more proper for couples or singles or business.

The resort is an incredibly nice hotel with super friendly staff. althought one part of the hotel is across the road, this did not make a big thing. plus: very nice rooms, great breakfast, pool area --- minus: restaurant (can be improved), sometimes slow service or staff forgets basic things (tissues on the table, salt&pepper, take away ash-tray while smoking)---but all in all absoltuely worth its money. a real highlight!

Loved our April stay at this resort. Arrived at 1am after a 17hr flight and appreciated the smooth check-in process. They gave us these delicious pink ginger welcome drinks that were so refreshing in that humid heat. Surprisingly, we were then escorted to the other building located across the street in a 2min buggy ride. The room was very well presented with a comprehensive collection of amenities. Free high-speed WiFi that survived my streaming requirements :P also gave out enough face cotton pads and ear buds to last our entire stay. Breakfast was a generous hot & cold buffet from 7am until 10 I think. They had the usual western breakfast items as well as some indonesian ones (asam soto (chicken soup), nasi goreng (fried rice) mi goreng (fried noodles). Most of it was delicious 😋 my only gripe was that the fruits didn't taste delicious or fresh. The pineapple was tasteless and chewy. The melons, and all the other fruit were definitely not worth eating. The other gripe was there isn't a way for them to easily identify you e.g. wristbands. Both pools in the main building faced the beach which meant anyone walking along the beach could wander in easily. So we were constantly asked if we were resident guests which got quite tiresome as it happened several times per visit. However, their customer service was topnotch. If being fussy, one might not like having to cross the road between sites but they helped by stopping the mad Balinese traffic for us. I'd definitely return

Awesome property. Everyhing was lovely. Didn't honour Expedia room upgrade, out if in an area where there were constructions works, but the manager rectified both problems. Major drawback was breakfast was not in airconditioning room and didn't have fans. I couldn't enjoy the amazing breakfast because I was sweating too much.

The resort is beautiful and easy walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much! It would have been nice to have the restaurant/bar open past 9:30 pm. The resort is very quiet at night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Amazing
Had an amazing stay with my wife at this wonderful hotel, a little smaller that the Legian next door but that suited us nicely. We had the ocean view spa which is an wonderful way to watch the sunset. The pool is right on the beach and has an great view, staff very friendly and they remember they way you like your drinks from the previous day. We will be back.
