Klasse Hotel
Sehr idyllische Hotelanlage mit wunderschönen Pflanzen, man fühlt sich wie in einer anderen Welt und ist dennoch nahe am Geschehen. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, interessiert und sehr bemüht darum einem einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen.

Schöne Anlage, die leider nicht gepfegt wird
Tony´s Villa liegt in einem belebten Teil, in dem leider sehr viel gebaut wird. Um die Anlage sind 3 Baustellen, wo täglich gearbeitet wird mit sehr hohem Lärmpegel (Motorsägen). Am Wochenende Do-Sa ist die Disco gegenüber so laut das die Bässe das Bett vibrieren lasse, bis 4 Uhr morgends. Tony´s Villa hat ein neues Mangement (vor 4 Monaten) die sich bemühen Ihre Probleme in den Griff zu bekommen. Der Hotel Manager versucht die Schwachpunkte abzuarbeiten, aber das wird leider noch dauern. Es gibt keinen Service am Pool, ausser eine Bestellung beim Gärtner zählt. Das Restaurant ist abends leer, so daß man auch nicht den Versuch unternimmt ob das essen schmeckt...da man nicht sicher sein kann wenn Sie keine Dinnergäste haben wie lange die Speisen schon im Kühlhaus sind. Die Zimmer werden täglich geputzt....das nötigste... Da es leider keinen Supervisor gibt, sieht keiner dreckige Lacken, die wirklich sehr schlimm mit was auch immer verdreckt waren. In unseren 3 Wochen fiel die AC mehrmals aus, es regnete rein, das Telefon funktionierte nicht, das Poollicht war kaputt.... es fehlt einfach jemand der sich wirklich kümmert. Wenn man Bescheid sagt geben Sie sich Mühe....aber leider nur dann. Der Spa ist ok, die Damen freundlich. Leider gibt es hier sehr viele Mücken, was bei einer Massage natürlich unangenehm ist. Wie gesagt der Hotel Manager versucht sein bestes und hat sich bemüht Fehler zu korrigieren.

Amazing stay at this resort. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing escape with friendly people and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast is very good and so is the location. A lovely stay in Seminyak
The hotel was really lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and willing to do anything to help. We really enjoyed our stay :) Our aircon in the room was broken and kept dripping/was quite noisy, but other than that, everything was perfect!

Check-in time is listed as 2:00pm, we arrived to the villa at 1:40pm to ensure we could get into our room by 2, to make a 4pm reservation. As we waited in the heat for our room to be ready, we watched the Travel desk agent offer water to every single other group except for us. When I requested she bring a water to my friend—I was ignored. At 3:15 I had to walk up to the desk to get an update! An entire hour and a half after check in we were told our room wasn’t available still (It was being cleaned)….we were offered a free beverage in exchange for waiting. While sitting enjoying our lukewarm waters, we watched several other groups go to their rooms. After complaining because it was 3:40, Merry (the manager) offered us a voucher to eat a free dinner during our stay. When I brought the issues up, she mentioned that they are not racist although I never mentioned race which made me MORE uncomfortable. When arriving to our “upgraded” room, it was nothing but standard. By day two we had giant cockroaches flying in the bathroom area. We tried to stay out of the villa as much as possible after this. On the final day we had a flight leaving at 1am, we were running behind and left the key in the door so we could get to the airport. When getting in the Grab, the guard at the gate stopped us saying he needed to do a full walkthrough before we left. We were displeased by Typhoon Mawar and couldnt afford to miss the flight. They ultimately made us miss our flught. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE

There was no welcome drink on arrival( that was part of the deal to book through Expedia) The room did not have a coffee table or chairs to watch TV or have a coffee. We had a private villa ! Face towels were only provided three days into the stay. Pool was closed often ! Requested a fan as the AC was insufficient, fan was not provided nor any feedback given. Very disappointed as we are repeat guests.

I love the eco friendliness. The greenery in between the busy city was amazing. Close to beach clubs walking distance mostly. Everything was close by the staff was really nice and prompt. What I did not like was the air conditioning was very bad it was very hot inside the room. The villa was beautiful but outdated there were insects in the room and the bathroom. Showers need upgrading the toilet was not flushing efficiently. The TV was old not smart tv so was a little bored as I was sick for two days and had stay inside the wifi was very slow luckily I had some shows downloaded on my phone which I watched. Cleanliness and other amenities were not 4 star standard. The price for villa was decent we stayed 4 nights and it costed CAD 450$ which was not bad overall slightly disappointed just with the accommodations but hospitality wise the staff were great they did there best within there means to make my stay comfortable.
