« Very nice property, host was very helpful and easy to contact. We enjoyed our stay! »

« Kishan is a courteous responsive host. Booking was confirmed promptly and message replies were timely. This is a cute cottage conveniently located near Long Point State Park (walking distance) and The Inns of Aurora (short drive to restaurant / spa). Also close to King Ferry Corner Store, a quaint shop for groceries / supplies / some local artisan items. Kitchen has dishes/cooking supplies necessary for meal prep and had a well-stocked pantry with cooking oil, spices, and some basic staples....

« We just loved the little yellow house on the lake. The house had everything you could ask for. It was perfect for our vacation. The neighbors were warm and welcoming as well. We would choose this again and again. »

« Timely communications. Check in was easy with a door code message. Everything as advertised. Very clean. Beautiful place. Verizon had limited service in the area so be ready to have your door code saved (e.g., screen shot) for when you get to the front door. »

« This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again. »

« Wonderful location, close to the village, but peaceful. The camp was clean and comfortable, and you can't beat the sunsets! »

« The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches »
