« Tres Beau cadre de l’hôtel mais les chambres sont à refaire
L’isolation est nulle , l’état des chambres vieilles
L’électricité est coupée vers 22h et aucune wifi dans la chambre
Pour le prix des chambres les prestations ne sont pas justifié »

« If you do anything book this hotel! From the moment you arrive on the airstrip you’re greeted with nothing but the best hospitality. The staff really make this place amazing. Daniel the manager and Denis the safari guide work alongside the staff to make sure you have the best experience. From the moment you wake up in your gorgeous suite to the moment you enter your safari car the experience is like no other. We came here on our honeymoon and can say it had been one of our best experiences to...

« Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with...
