„Der SErvice war nciht vorhanden. Wollten die Rechnung zusammen zahlen, aber es war schon teilweise abgebucht teilweise nicht. Im REstaurant wurde man su gut wie möglich ignoriert. Ein Essen ist immer 30 min nach den anderen gekommen. “

„Long queue at check in and the lady at the front desk did not even speak a single word english. We booked a room for 4 people but had only 2 blankets in the room. However, room was clean, early breakfast starting at 4.30am and shuttle service to airport was all good.“

I also got some wellness sets from the room service for free (miminho da Sra. Vera). Thank you all and I‘d always stay again at Grand Mercure. Although there is currently a construction site at the right side of the building, it didn‘t disturbed me as my room was on the other side with a stunning balcony ...
