The host was great. The location was great for everything we planned to do in the area. We were 10-25 minutes from all of our activities and locally owned restaurants. The bedding was acceptable and overall comfortable.The property accepts dogs, which is a plus if you need it. However, we didn't end up bringing our dog. I wish we would have known that for certain before we booked this place. The rental definitely needs some TLC for sure. The deck looks great in the photos, however it seems that it was never stained, so there is so much warped wood. Both bathrooms upstairs had holes in the in the drywall in the corner near the floor. The wood trim throughout the house looked dirty (but likely wasn't). The kitchen cabinets had been painted once, and have been beat up over time. The fact that this place does accepts pets is probably why most of these conditions exist - many folks & pets probably don't treat the place great. We would not stay here again unless we needed a place that accepted pets.
