The Space:

The Cloud's Rest main-level is anchored by four luxe bedrooms and an expansive open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area with a cozy fireplace and seamless access to the covered decks. This easy-flowing layout creates a welcoming place for shared meals, relaxed conversations, and meaningful time spent together.



Upstairs, a second living and entertainment area adds even more space to spread out, featuring foosball, shuffleboard, a Smart TV, and incredible mountain views. The private indoor pool and two hot tubs with al fresco dining decks bring elevated, resort-style amenities to enjoy across the four seasons. Expansive outdoor patios offer rocking chairs, dining areas, a grill space, a hammock, and plenty of peaceful places to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails at sundown, and views across the trees.



Designed with exclusive private retreats and luxury events in mind, the main property connects via covered walkway to the outdoor pavilion featuring elevated lounge-seating and generous dining spaces, creating a spectacular setting for reunions, intimate gatherings, and group celebrations. With a stunning Smoky Mountain backdrop, private parking for up to 10 vehicles, and ample space to gather throughout, Cloud's Rest brings comfort, scale, and destination-worthy style together in one unforgettable mountain escape.
