Beautiful cabin and perfect for 8 adults. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals etc—pots and pans and just everything and more. The cabin itself is HUGE and gorgeous with spectacular views. Perfect for several couples to share bc it has four bedrooms with private bathrooms. Very quiet and comfortable. The only thing I could think of that is a negative is its distance from grocery stores or anything like that. Just plan ahead. Otherwise what a great time to get away with friends and family!!

Everything was absolutely great! The cabin, the amenities, and the view! The owners obviously take great pride in their place and it allowed us to really enjoy it. We wish we could have stayed longer, but maybe another time.

If I could give this cabin 10 stars instead of 5 I would! It was spotless, comfy beds, fabulous layout, amazingly stocked kitchen, but that view!!!!!!!! It was gorgeous! The fireplace and wonderful seating on the porch looking out over the mountains is unbeatable to anywhere we have ever stayed in the mountains!

This cabin was awesome! The view was amazing and we were welcomed by a momma bear and her 3 cubs our first evening. We didn’t cook big meals but everything we needed for breakfast and lunch was provided. The fireplace on the deck was a great gathering place in the evening after our day’s adventures. It was so quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the bathrooms were all clean and well maintained. We did have a couple of questions and our hosts were quick to answer them. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful cabin, great amenities, amazing views, and the hosts were super nice. We stayed and cooked in the cabin for a long weekend and it was perfect for that. Will be coming back.Only downside to the cabin was ongoing construction on some neighboring cabins, which continued into the weekend. Probably not a long term problem but buzzsaws and nail guns weren't the sounds we were hoping for.

Very clean beautiful cabin. Check in and out was very easy. The Hosts are very nice and fast to respond. We had a couple minor issues and the Hosts were fast to resolve the issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals with plus more. We had a family of 8 staying at the cabin and had plenty of room for all 8 of us. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Good mountain views from both decks and all the bedrooms. Beautifuly decorated cabin. We felt at home. Plenty of seating on the decks. The driveway was more then big enough for our 2 Suvs we had room for a 3rd. We seen a bear almost every day during our 5 night stay. We would stay here again.

Very nice vacation with beautiful mountain views!

This cabin is lovely! The views are beautiful! Large comfortable porch. Saw wildlife right in the back yard.Had fun playing pool! The cabin had everything we needed. We did however stay while the cabin next door was being built and construction was disturbing. They worked long hours and quickly so hopefully that will be over soon! The homeowners were very nice and responded quickly when we reached out. I would recommend staying here.

There isn't enough time to tell all the things great about this property. The whole home was so cozy, yet spacious enough to not be in others way. Entire home was very clean. Our party was 6 adults and 1 teenager who loved the rec area with pool table and large tv for gaming. The fantastic fully equipped kitchen was great for our morning breakfast time together. The views are spectacular. The cabin is a bit of a drive up the mountain, but that is one of the reasons we loved this cabin. We wanted mountains, and that's what we got! 1st day saw a mamma bear and 2 cubs crossing the street near the cabin, last day/night we had a fabulous thunderstorm. I highly recommend this cabin.

Can I stay forever?

This cabin was phenomenal! The 4 King bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and tvs worked perfect for our family. The pool table and the huge common area ( and huge tv) was awesome. The view? We have visited this area many times (10) and this was by far the best view we have ever had. Already planning on when we can return.

Class retreat

Our Sunday School class does a retreat to the Wears Valley every January. We have stayed in over 20 different cabins. This might be the first year when everything worked and we had zero problems during our stay. The owners were very communicative and the process was flawless from beginning to end.

Overall our stay was wonderful. Make sure you get to the cabin before it gets dark. The road is very winding & steep. There needs to be a small step stool in the cabin. All of the ladies were 5’ 2” or shorter & it was difficult to reach the plates & glasses. There were a lot of pots & pans, dishes to choose from. We had a great time

Birthday celebration

My mom, 2 sisters, and myself got together here for the week. We were so impressed with the property. It was even better than expected! Clean, well appointed, well furnished kitchen, and fabulous views. We enjoyed the fireplace on the deck, the hot tub, the pool table, the many deck chairs for just sitting, and the 4 king suites. We cooked a lot of our meals, played table games, and just hung out for the week. We took in a Smokies game, zip lining, a mountain coaster, mini golf, an outdoor church service, and pizza at the Abbey. We even got to see a mother bear and her triplet cubs, from a distance! We couldn’t have asked for a better week together!
