This cabin is located in a beautiful wooded mountain area , so you may occasionally see harmless bugs, wildlife, or little mountain critters . Please keep car doors locked and avoid leaving food outside.

The hot tub is available for guest enjoyment and is used at your own risk .

No smoking inside the property.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors. If our cleaners detect smoking inside, a $500 fee will be charged. Please smoke only outside and away from doors, windows, and entryways.

Check-in and check-out times must be followed.
Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs may result in additional fees. If the property is not vacated on time, a $50 fee will be charged for the first half-hour and $100 for each additional half-hour.

Due to weather, power outages, natural disasters, or events outside of our control, refunds are not provided for weather-related issues.

Although we love animals, this property has a strict no-pets policy. Any violation may result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

For guest safety, there is an outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway. There are no indoor cameras and no cameras pointing toward private areas.
