Aussi connu sous le nom de quartiers du capitaine. Idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre le petit port de Seward et le centre-ville historique de Seward. Les deux sont à une courte distance de marche le long d'un sentier cÎtier qui se trouve à seulement un pùté de maisons de la porte d'entrée. Le sentier fait partie de l'original Iditarod Trail. TrÚs propre et privé avec 2 chambres, une cuisine complÚte, wifi, DirectTV / DVD, laveuse et sécheuse et un barbecue. Cette unité dispose également d'un canapé de style futon qui se plie à plat et peut accueillir une à deux personnes de plus. Amenant le total à 6 personnes. Adjacent à notre autre unité de location de vacances (VRBO Listing # 738304). C'est génial pour quelqu'un qui souhaite avoir une location pour 8 à 10 personnes, car les deux unités sont cÎte à cÎte. We found this unit to be so cute and cozy. Beds are comfortable, and provided us a good nights rest. Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood and short walk to beach. Fit four of us perfectly.

Nice rental

We enjoyed several days here in Seward. The propoerty had enough beds for the entire family and we hung out in the living room at night relaxing and watching TV. Super conveniently located, just a quick walk to restaurants downtown, to the ocean, and in the opposite direction, to the marina where we took a boat tour and saw some amazing wildlife.

The only issue we had was something beeping in the middle of the night. Beeped 4 times then 12 seconds nothing then beep again. We looked for where it was coming from but could not find it.

Relaxed, comfy stay in Seward!

I spent two nights here on a work trip. It was very clean, well-maintained, a block from Waterfront Park, and close to everything else. All the appliances worked well, it was stocked with coffee and tea, and the bed and couches were comfy!

Last leg of our vacation

Fantastic! Would stay again. Very clean, organized, had a washer and dryer. Very cozy, beds were AMAZING! Very comfortable, more than enough space. Parking was great, easy. Located in the middle of seward, perfect distance to all activities

1 block from the bay

Good: Communication with the property manager was great. He even allowed us to add one extra person to the reservation after we booked. He was amazing by allowing us to check in as soon as we got off the train which was so incredibly helpful. We received the code at an appropriate time before check in. It is 1 block from the bay and approximately 2 blocks from the cities free shuttle. People in the neighborhood seemed very nice and even offered us a ride when they saw us pulling our luggage. Bad: It was pouring down rain and we had to trek our luggage 2 blocks from the free shuttle, up hill. 3 of us are younger and it wasn't such and issue, but we had our mothers with us so that made things more challenging. The trailer was a bit run down but to be honest we were in a small Alaskan town so its different than a big city. The cleaning left a bit to be desired. There was a huge cobweb in the main bedroom, a dirty hand towel on the bathroom sink that I'm assuming the cleaning crew just forgot and the front bedroom and bathroom windows were left wide open so one of the beds had a huge wet spot from the rain pouring in. The neighbors wake early and are very chatty so since we shared a wall, we too were up early.

Very comfortable and convenient!

This well-equipped home was perfect for the 4 of us women. I slept on the couch, which wasn’t as comfortable as the beds, but the home was well-equipped in the kitchen, had a washer and dryer, and was located near downtown and the harbor. We needed bedding for the couch and owners were very responsive in bringing it over.

Paying for location

Cozy, small unit a block from the water which was great for walking! The unit was a little rough around the edges though, not as clean and well kept as I expected for the price. The kitchen and laundry was much appreciated. Worked just fine for our group but wasnt amazing.

Sweet sanctuary

My room had a window that opened and it was a cool breeze and very quiet. We had a sweet reunion with family. We were so happy and grateful to be here in beautiful surroundings and to be close to the beach was superb! Thank you!!

Location

I don’t wanna say the wrong thing about this property. Everything was clean, and it was very close to everything you could want in Seward. The location left a lot to be desired. It is close to the water, but is more than less ideal. You look out of the picture window, at a less than desirable property within about 30 feet.

Please don't judge a book by its cover! The area and outside is a little weathered, but the inside was clean and the amenities were top of the line. It was a perfect location to the marina for early morning fishing trips

Seward stay
