Hotel Réserve de Shai Hills

« Comfort & security assured. Thanks. »

« Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. It contained two bathrooms with two showers and toilets and sinks, a mini fridge, and is sitting area in addition to a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It was really nice to wake up and see the waves and hear them every morning, as well as listen to them as we fell asleep. »

« This was a staycation for my husband and me, and after returning from an amazing holiday in Vietnam, we thought we’d try this fairly new hotel. While Newport Hotel is clean, quiet, and fairly nice, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We truly appreciated the attentive staff and the peaceful, somewhat secluded location just off the main road. Unfortunately, the food was another story. My tuna salad, spring rolls, and fries were edible but definitely subpar. There were several...

« It was a good stay overall but I stayed at the older section of the hotel and some of the amenities there need fixing (e.g. showers and bathroom drainage). The fitness centre can also be cleaner and more user-friendly. »

« Staying here was an extremely enjoyable experience. Everything about the the hotel and its properties were on point. »

« Our stay was fine. But because of the price, we had higher expectations. We could have stayed in another nearby resort with similar reviews at half the price and were kind of wishing we had-though we didn’t see those resorts for ourselves. We had an ocean view room that was roomy. The bed comfortable and AC worked great. The bathroom-large and clean. But even with plenty of space, there is no place to put toiletries or hang wet things. Just a single sink. Amenities were lacking. I usually...

« Très beau cadre et reposant. »

« I spent an excellent moment there »

« It’s in the community area so don’t expect luxury but it was decent for a wilderness experience that we came for. Our spiritual trip was a theme based on the exodus experience so this place was a god sent. Bed was decent, place was clean enough. And the yard and people were nice. They had a big fridge that fit all our fruits and drinks and pots and pans. The water was warm and they provided soap and toilet paper. What more could I asked for. We stayed 2 nights and it was in to the next one. We...
