„Nice accommodation with helpful stuff in a central area. Public transport is about 8 minutes away.“

„Stay was OK. Only one bath towel for two people. Selection of coffee and tea in the room poor. Orders from outside must be picked in the lobby, no delivery service from hotel. (By robot for example) So overall service should be improved.“

„We had a very pleasant stay at the Swissôtel Grand Shanghai. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service was professional, and the facilities were excellent. A great choice for exploring Shanghai, and we would happily stay here again.“

„It was an excellent stay here - I would highly recommend!“

„The hotel“

„Clean room, smoky hallways. Needs a refresh, there are quite a few people who live there long term. Otherwise, prettybgood area, had good food selections and not that far from the Metro“
