„Typisches victorianisches Badehotel. Very british! Angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr nettes Personal, wirklich gutes Essen, Meerseite mit tollem Ausblick, großer schöner Garten. Gerne wieder! Schlußabrechnung aber genau prüfen, versehentliche Doppelbuchungen möglich, etwas intransparent aufgeschlüsselt.“

„I was there early october and the island was shut down for the winter. This created a deserted melancholic atmosphere that I enjoyed very much. Staff was very helpful with my flight back. It was my first time at the Isle of Wight and it really is a place of outstanding natural beauty. I very much enjoyed my 6 nights there.“

„Stayed here for a night booked online really late at night and was greeted at reception by a very pleasant and helpful young lad whose manners and customer service were second to none (very good), the hotel lobby, hallways and room is exceptionally clean to a high standard and the room was to a high standard. Will be coming back for a longer stay next time and would certainly recommend to friends and family or people in general 👍“

„This was our first experience of a dog friendly hotel and it was amazing to have the comfort and convenience of a hotel room whilst having our pet with us. As expected the room was basic but clean and spacious. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the hotel is ideally situated for the dog friendly beach and other attractions such as Shanklin Chine. We didn’t see much of the entertainment but the ‘happy hour’ was very welcome!“
