« The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...

« Pros: The views of the lake are beautiful - especially during the fall when the trees are turning. Check in was easy (but had to call to get the instructions). The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. Had to call customer service to get check in instructions - never got any for check out. Other: I’m glad I read prior reviews and knew the property was right next to neighbors and at the end...

« We had a wonderful stay in that house. Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped. The host is exceptionnaly fast to answer questions and to be sure that everything is OK and that we enjoy the stay, with tons of little details / attentions for us.
