Hotel Shell Knob

« It was a great place. Wish I was there with a better person. Lol. »

« Right next to the lake the rooms were decorated very uniquely the staff was incredibly helpful and a really nice restaurant right next door »

« Lodge of the Ozarks has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cozy and clean. A Christian feel. Great breakfast and pleasant staff. »

« We appreciate that people who are handicapped get free valet parking. Beautiful view from our room of the lake and fall foliage. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Room was just ok, the air conditioning did not work and the room didn't have any washcloths. No one to call about issues. »

« Room was clean price was right. »

« To start with when we arrived we were put out in a back building. We did get clean towels every day but that was it by the time we left I could write my name in the dust. Breakfast was usual fare but no fresh fruit no pastries. The hotel was full but there was one two slice toaster that was very very slow so trying to get a piece of toast was almost impossible. Why can’t they figure out maybe 2 four slice toasters would be an easy fix. The hotel is in need of a serious update. »

« Has a great stay! »

« We were very disappointed that the pool was not up and running the four nights that we were there. We had reserved this resort because there would be an indoor pool for our grandkids. Although, to their credit, the manager was very understanding and reimbursed us the resort fee. In addition, the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us rooms close together, which took some time and work. We would definitely stay here again because of the helpfulness of the management and staff. »

« Sales agent at desk was an asset. »

« Clean room. Had to go to sister hotel for breakfast. »

« Belle chambre spacieuse que nous avons pu récupérer très tôt à notre arrivée, personnel très serviable. »

« Vieux hôtel »

« It was a bed and bathroom for the night. Nothing fancy. Beds were hard but it was clean. No where to hang towels not even hand towels. It was nice to have a shuttle to park and the staff were friendly. If you are just needing a very basic no frills hard beds this is your place. They had a coffee maker but no cups or coffee. »
