« Room is great. Quite new and room facility is good. Hair dryer and the kettle is fantastic personally loves it !
Check in time takes a while as the staff cannot find the booking record, looks like they will show booked via Expidia in stead of hotels.com.
Anyway staffs are polite and helpful so it is fine.

« stopped at Fraser several times. Get an appartment for the price of a room ! Decent breakfast, quiet place, nice swimming pool and Gym. Very near Sea World (many restaurants and bars). Arriving there, the hotel had a nice lobby, however the staff didn't find my booking even while giving them my passport. It took quiet a long time to check in then.
