Hotel Shoal Bay

« Great location. Easy to self cater as shops near by or use the hotel restaurant and cafe »

« Très bien »

« Great accommodation, family friendly. »

« The accomodation was easy to find and the instructions for self check in were good. When calling to confirm the booking they didn’t answer the phone, I called at 3 different times of day. The sheets on the bed had not been changed, they had dirty marks all through them. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and had hair and dirt marks everywhere. The towel rail in the bathroom was also falling off the wall. The tea and coffee sachets were old and melted together in a dirty container. »

« Outstanding accommodations and very helpful staff. »

A part ça personnel serviable. Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. »

« Executive lounge was fantastic »

« Very friendly & helpful staff, room was clean and had everything you need. Decent prices, would go back again & recommend. 9.5/10 »

« Very good hotel, situated close to the city center, lobby area clean and recently renovated. There is a possibility for a self-laundry service. Breakfast - avarage quality. »
