Property was well stocked with paper products, kitchen items and bath towels etc. Overall the property was very nice. As the weather was cold we did not open the "garage" door or take advantage of the outside area. In warm weather it would be a great place to hang out. Large parking area. Close to Patoka Lake. « Really had a great time. Thought the cabins were great. Would rate 5 starts, but we had mice in cabin 5. Never saw one, there we several mice droppings every morn on the stove and countertops. Some in bathroom also. Didn’t bother me to bad but probably freek most out. »

« Place was fairly nice. Had an issue with significant odor coming from hot water. Talked with owner and he will probably change hot water heater. TV did not work and no instructions. Called manager who talked me thru hooking up the new satellite Dish system properly. Had to change HDMI plug. Place should come with printed TV use instructions for guests. WIFI not available which was advertised. Manager stated it was beyond their control. Outside had some hazards such as ground holes and caved in...
