Grundsätzlich gut. Sauna kostet extra! Sollte kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden! Teuer für über 11€ für nur eine Stunde! Personal in den Spa Bereich mäßig motiviert und mäßig Service willig! Den Bereich sollte man dringend personell besser besetzten!

1. Es wurde gebucht ein Familienzimmer und schriftlich gebeten für ein Zusatzbet. Man bekam ein stinkendes Doppelzimmer ohne Platz für ein Zusatzbett. Angeblich hatte das Hotel diese Angaben nicht bekommen. Auf den Hinweis, dass wir eine schriftliche Bestätigung haben wurde geantwortet, dass ohne eine Antwort vom Hotel diese Anfrage belanglos wäre. Mit der Bezahlung einer Differenz vor Ort wurde das Problem geklärt. 2. Beim eincheken wird verlangt seine persönliche Unterschrift als Muster dem Hotel zur Verfügung zu stellen (wird im Computer direkt gespeichert), was sehr merkwürdig ist. Es handelt sich nicht um die Hotelanmeldung 3. Frühstück ausgezeichnet und sehr, sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter

Flugzeitabhängige Übernachtung
Kurzaufenthalt für 1 Nacht aufgrund früher Flugzeit. Zentrum mit Altstadt vom Hotel in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis 20 Uhr noch Massage in Spa möglich. Am 1.01.19 abends organisierte Folkloreveranstaltung und Kleinkunstbühne mit typisch rumänischen Spezializäten wie Polenta und Sauerkrautwickel etc. spontan zubuchbar gewesen. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder um noch mehr von Hermannstadt und anderen rumänischen Städten wie z.B. Kronstadt zu erleben.

Hutes Hotel in Altstadtnähe
Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel. Zimmer recht nett, Lage zur Altstadt sehr gut mit etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und kompetent. . Leider ist das Frühstück trotz der tollen Aussicht im 11. Stock eher dürftig. Das Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant wirkte etwas desinteressiert und selbst ein simpler Cappuccino ist kostenpflichtig.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel
Es ist ein komfortables, sauberes Hotel, die Betten sind sehr gut, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Aus dem 11 Stockwerk des Restaurants hat man einen Blick über die Dächer von Hermannstadt. Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Hotel. Zum Zentrum geht man etwa 10 Minuten. Für einen Zwischenstopp ist es jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Sämtliche Räume des Hotels sind dunkel. Dadurch entsteht eine Nachtclubatmosphäre. Das Personal gibt sich Mühe, ist aber ungeschickt. Der Service ist nach rumänischen Standards akzeptabel, erreicht aber nicht westliches Niveau. Das Hotelrestauant wurde ohne Ankündigung geschlossen - es fand eine Feier statt. Die Musik wummerte im Diskostil bis tief in die Nacht und war noch 4 Stockwerke weiter störend.

Good hotel and excellent service
The Hotel is located in a walking distance to the city center and very nice. Especially the breakfast area, which is located in the top floor of the building, is lovely and worth visiting to watch the sunrise. The gym is sufficiently equipped for a good workout. The only downside is the spa area which is at an extra cost and requires reservation.

Hatten Hochzeitstag und waren vier Tage im Hotel,es gab nichts zu bemängeln,Zimmer und Sauberkeit waren gut,allerdings das Frühstück lies ein wenig zu wünschen übrig,waren nicht viele Hotelgäste zu der Zeit da und Personal/Küche war ein wenig überfordert mit dem nachlegen von Speisen,würde mich interessieren ,wenn das Hotel mal ein wenig voller ist,ansonsten aber wie gesagt ist es zu empfehlen .

Hübsches Hotel in Altstadtnähe
Wunderschöne Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Shopping. Wenn Sie in Sibiu sind, dann besuchen Sie unbedingt die Salzseen, die orthodoxe Kirche, das Museum usw..! Als wir waren, fand auf dem großen Platz in der Altstadt ein kostenloses Konzert statt (einfach klasse). Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in dieser Stadt! Wir werden Sibiu wieder besuchen!

großes neues Hotel in Altstadtnähe
Die Altstadt von Hermannstadt war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nachts war bei Lage des Zimmers zur Straße etwas Verkehr zu hören. Service an der Rezeption war freundlich und gut. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer war sehr gut. Restaurant und Frühstücksraum im obersten Stock hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht über die Stadt. Die Bedienung im Restaurant hätte aufmerksamer sein können.

Freundliches Personal Super Service Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral und man braucht ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt Zimmer waren Super sauber

Eigentlich gute Erfahrungen, in der Minibar befand sich Schokolade, die sich schon verfärbt hatte, und bei mir auf der Rechnung erschien. Keine grosse Sache, aber unnötig!

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in einem tolen Ambientie. Auch das Resaurant im Hotel ist Klasse und hat ein tolles Ambiente und super Küche und Klasse Aussicht .

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe
Freundlicher Empfang, schneller Check-In. Zimmer und Aussicht im 9 Stock angenehm. Restaurant & Frühstucksraum im 11 Stock nettes Extra. In wenigen Minuten im Zentrum, großer PArk in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Werde wieder dort übernachten bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt. Kleiner Wermutstropfen, Internet in der Lobby sehr langsam, in den Räumen kann ich nicht beurteilen da ich es dort nicht genutzt habe.

Business-Hotel in Sibiu
The hotel is located in a residential area a bit outside downtown. Service fullfilles what You can expect from an international chain. Breakfast-room in the top-storey includes a phantastic panoramic view. In 7/2011 construction work around the hotel is in progress (road refreshment, lots of dust).

This is a fine hotel and I would stay here again. The only negative I experienced was at their restaurant. The hotel obviously takes in groups and all up it took 1¼ hours to get my main course. Service at the hotel was efficient and friendly. Reception was especially helpful. There is a Green Bus bus stop right opposite the hotel.
