Everyone was really friendly and forthcoming. Whenever we had some questions about or recommendations in town the employees were happy to help. Really loved the fresh made to order eggs and that they had gluten free bread and cereal for breakfast. Great location just a short stroll from old town city center.

Schönes, großes Zimmer. Das personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab genügend Auswahl. Durch unseren, frühen Flug waren wir schon 2,5 stunden vor dem eigentlichen einchecken da. Da das Zimmer aber schon fertig war, konnten wir es direkt beziehen.

Hervorragendes Hotel in Altstadtnähe
Das Hotel Republique ist ein hervorragendes, kleines und sehr persönliches Hotel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße nahe des historischen Stadtzentrums. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum nimmt etwa 10 Minuten in Anspruch. Check-In und Check-Out verliefen absolut problemlos. Das Personal ist sehr professionell, engagiert und vor allem freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig dimensioniert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit muss an dieser Stelle positiv hervorgehoben werden. Nachts war es trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum und zu einer der Hauptstraßen ruhig. Morgens wird von 7:30-10:00 Uhr ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet angeboten, das vom Personal wahlweise durch die frische Zubereitung von Eierspeisen erweitert wird. Insgesamt kann ich eine klare Empfehlung für das Hotel Republique aussprechen!

We stayed here for one night and we wished we never had to leave. We were extremely well welcomed. The staff us very caring and friendly. The room is spacious and has everything you need from mini bar to slippers. Tue breakfast is included. Is in walking distance to everything. Has its own free parking. I can’t give it 200 stars because I would. The best hotel I ever stayed in and I do travel a lot! Bravo!

Perfect overnight stay
Great option in Sibiu, walking distance to the city centre, located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood (next to the German consulate). Well appointed, comfortable room with a Nespresso machine (some capsules provided), a stocked minibar and complimentary water bottles. Delicious continental breakfast with an option to order omelets, scrambled or fried eggs. We were also able to charge our electric car free of charge. Would return in a heartbeat!

I was mad on the first night as there aircon didn't cool the room. They moved me ad everything was great i would highly recommend. Its close to old town so food is easy to find. Room was comfortable, cool and quite slept real good.

Nice and cozy hotel nearby oldtown
The host was really nice and location was very close to oldtown. Facility is clean and well organized, breakfast is also quite good. You can park on the separate hotel parkinglot. And bathroom is also clean. I recommend this hotel!

Beautiful and well-located boutique hotel
A beautiful, modern hotel within reasonable walking distance of all the sights in Sibiu. Great backyard and and facilities. No elevator, so book a Superior room if you want to avoid lugging all your suitcases upstairs! Great breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Friendly and accessible staff. Highly recommend!

Comfy quiet room
Very good customer service, breakfast has lots of variety and they provided some gluten free option when requesting via email. Place is nice, quiet, very comfy bed and only a short walk to the main square. I will definitely stay there again
