WE HAVE BEEN TO MANY HARBOUR HOTELS AND ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAYS.UNFORTUNATELY THIS HOTEL WAS TOTALLY THE OPPOSIT ! NO PARKING AVAILABLE WHEN WE ARRIVED SO HAD TO HANG AROUND FOR AN HOUR,AND GOT TOLD TO GO TO THE LOCAL CARPARK OUTSIDE AND PAY !.
ONCE IN THE ROOM WE NOTICED THAT THE DECOR WAS IN NEED OF TOUCHING UP,THE TOILET WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY IN THE BATHROOM AND AGAIN WHEN MENTIONED THEY SAID THERE WAS NO MAINTENANCE STAFF TO FIX .
THE STAFF WHERE VERY YOUNG AND HAD NO EXPERIENCE OF SERVING CLIENTEL CORRECTLY,NOT THERE FAULT AS THERE WAS NO MANAGERS AROUND,TO INSTRUCT THEM.TO BE HONEST FELT A LITTLE SORRY FOR THEM.AS THIS WAS NOTICED BY OTHER PATRONS STAYING,WHO PERHAPS WHERE NOT SO FORGIVING.SUGGEST THIS HOTEL NEEDS SOME SERIOUS MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING DONE.
WE ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR A PROPER COFFEE AT BREAKFAST,WHICH AGAIN WE NEVER HAVE HAD TO DO BEFORE.WE HAD AN EVENING MEAL WHICH AGAIN WAS LACKING IN ANY KIND OF SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.LASTLY WHEN WE SETTLED UP THE BILL,WE WGERE CHARGED OVER £45 POUND IN SERVICE CHARGES,EVEN FOR WATER .
