Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und jeder findet bestimmt etwas. Nur das Steak Restaurant im Hotel fand ich überteuert.

Enjoy Angkor/ Siem Reap in style; I will return!
Absolutely excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, quite new, very well-maintained, spacious rooms and facilities, a one-way personal airport transfer in their Lexus was included in my stay, this is the hotel I enjoyed most in Cambodia.

I loved everything about this hotel, it was an amazing stay for my trip. The location is very convenient for walking or taking a tuk tuk into town. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to wake up before the morning tours I had taken and not only were the staff extremely friendly to talk to, but the entire hotel had such a gorgeous atmosphere about it. Really glad I chose this hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here again

Hotel was very nice. Room was large and spacious, very clean and good air-conditioning.
Breakfast options were very good, wide variety to choose from!
Location was ok, quite close to Angkor Wat. We enjoy walking around and walked back to the hotel a few times, otherwise short TukTuk drive to where you need to be. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay again!

hôtel vieillissent
L'hotel ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles, il est assez vieux. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes lors de notre séjour de 3 nuits, des problèmes que l'hôtel n'y était pour rien comme des voisins très bruiyants, un dégât des eaux au niveau de la piscine.
Pour en conclure, le personnel est vraiment très sympa et arrangent, mais l'hotel reste trop vieux à mon gout.

Great to be back
Good to see some travellers back in Siem Reap. Was happy to stay at Lotus Blanc again. Only part of the hotel reopened, but they've done a great job of maintaining the beautiful outdoor and open air areas. Rooms were comfy. Mattress and pillows and shower pressure 10/10! 👍
Breakfast options limited but makes sense with low numbers. Quality of food was good and service was good.

Great friendly hotel in Siem Reap
This hotel is on one of the main streets in Siem Reap so it made it easy to get around. Wifi was great, hot water for showers, quiet location, hotel staff spoke English and I ate at the hotel restaurant and food was delicious. I stayed for 3 nights and would stay at this hotel again. Also the hotel has 2 dedicated Tuk Tuk machines owned by the hotel outside waiting for you anytime you want to go somewhere. So this was very convenient!

The pool area is perfect. The staff are genuinely nice people. The rooms are spacious. The internet speed is very good. The breakfast was a bit limited and the hotel bars were closed. This was due to the hotel cutting back because of Covid. I have no complaints about this as the price was very good for such a lovely hotel.

Worn out and needs rehab
There are some good things going for it but it has unacceptably bad wifi and weak air conditioning that is very old and worn out. Look at the controls. The buttons are all gone and even though Inset it at high the temperature will not get cool even after a few hours. I will never stay here again thus the one star review. Also at night the attendant speaks very limited english and appears to have limited training. This hotel should not be ranked this high.

The level of customer service at Lotus Blanc was phenomenal. From check in to amazing breakfasts with french-inspired crepes and a magnificent pool, we loved our stay. The gardens are beautiful, we greatly enjoyed lunch in the restaurant and the koi ponds we fun to navigate!

My stay at Lotus Blanc was middle of the road overall, but mildly diaappointing for a 5 star hotel. The food was lackluster and completely overpriced, the staff ranged from friendly to totally ambivalent (mostly the managers in suits), and I was overcharged for a few things without any resolution. I’ve had much better experiences at lower-rated hotels in Cambodia.
