We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The team and espacially Key were incredible friendly. They did everything to make our stay unforgettable- we even got a free upgrade to the beautiful colonial suite! We would recommand this special hotel to everyone as it is a magical and hidden place near to the centre of siem reap and not so far away from angkor wat!

Highly recommendable excellent pleasant stay
Overall the hotel was even more beautiful as described in the pictures. Furniture and decoration created a very pleasant atmosphere. Very clean rooms and all amenities. The pool was spacious to get a swim or just to relax. Very friendly staff, always had attention to once inquiries. Our luggage had a delay and Cambodian Angkor air did not had delivery. The hotel organized a pick up so we did not had to take care of it. I would come back again anytime.

A very warm and private place. the staff was exceptional in creating a warm and friendly welcome. i would love to point out staff member Riri and Anita for doing an exceptional job to make us feel welcomed. Hotel can organize guided tours to Ankor and much more. there is a free shuttle to town and besides of the hotels restaurant some good food options close by. i would recommend this place anytime because of its private feel and the very attentive and friendly staff. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Aufmerksames Personal, sauber, sehr schöner kleiner Garten mit Pool um sich nach der Ankor Wat Tour auszuruhen. Das Hotel ist wie ein kleines Museum, liebevoll gesammelte Fundstücke, die die Geschichte Kambodschas erzählen. Stilvolles Mobiliar auch in den Zimmern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas (ca. 2km zur Pub-Street) weg von den Attraktionen der Stadt und das kann vor- wie auch Nachteil sein. Für mich war es aber super. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und freundlich und haben mich in all meinen Projekten unterstützt. Die Anlage ist sauber und das Essen war gut. Wlan hat auch super funktioniert. I'll be back!!!! Einfach wunderbar
Ein Traum von einem Hotel, auch wenn es ein wenig außerhalb von Siem Reap gelegen ist. Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Schöner Poolbereich und sehr gutes Restaurant mit traditioneller einheimischer und westlicher Küche. Für Kamodscha sehr gute Weinauswahl. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Das Personal ist ebenso entzückend wie jung: perfekt, hilfsbereit und das alles, ohne dass es aufgesetzt wirkt. Ein wunderbarer Platz, um von dort aus die Gegend zu erkunden. Beim nächsten Mal in Siem Reap auf jeden Fall wieder hier.

Absolut empfehlenswert- immer gern wieder
Wir hatten drei wunderbare Nächte und Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, das Essen (Mittag und Abend) generell sensationell, die Zimmer liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, Kaffee includive - und sehr sauber. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt - und zwar mit Freude (Fahrkartenkauf zur Weiterreise, Tipps für weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten außerhalb Angkor wats, Etc) Dieses Hotel, vor allem das Personal, ist in jeglicher Hinsicht excellent, es gibt nicht einen negativen Punkt. Wir empfehlen uneingeschränkt weiter und ich würde das gleiche Hotel erneut wählen!

Sehr hübsches, kleines Boutique-Hotel in Siem Reap
Die Bilder im Internet machten einen vielversprechenden Eindruck. Und der wurde auch direkt bei meiner Ankunft bestätigt! Das Hotel liegt ein wenig Abseits des Trubels in einer Seitenstraße und ist sehr, sehr hübsch gestaltet. Die Zimmer haben nicht einfach nur Zimmernummern, sondern eine Jahreszahl, die eine Bedeutung in der Geschichte Kambodschas hat. Dazu passend sind die einzelnen Zimmer dann auch individuell eingerichtet. Ein echtes Schmuckstück! Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr hübsch gestaltet und man kann herrlich auf der Holzterasse entspannen. Nachmittags gibt es dort sogar kostenlosen Tee und ein paar lokale Leckereien! Absolut besonders sind allerdings die Mitarbeiter. Jeder, wirklich jeder der Hotelangestellten kümmerte sich rührend um mich. Unglaublich warmherzig, freundlich, zuvorkommend. Ich hätte mich nicht wohler fühlen können! Selbes gilt auch für meinen Tuk-Tuk Fahrer John, der mir volle drei Tage vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, um mich zu den umliegenden Tempelanlagen zu fahren. Was für ein Service!! Zum Frühstück gibt es sowohl asiatische, als auch westliche Gerichte, die man sich zusammenstellen kann (ich hatte das Classic Continental und den Pancake). Dazu gibt es Kaffee oder Tee und frischgepresste Säfte - lecker! Gleiches gilt für das Abendessen. Ich habe mich zwei Mal für asiatisch entschieden (Chicken und Pork), ebenfalls großartig! Der koch kann was! Fazit: Selbst wenn ich wollte, könnte ich keinen einzigen negativen Aspekt finden.

Leider am 1 Tag bei einem Ausflug das Bein gebrochen.Das Hotel hat meiner Familie 2 mal am Tag kostenlos ein Taxi zum Hospital zu verfügung gestellt.Einfacher tausch der Zimmer nach Krankenhaus aufenthalt,kostenlos.Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder5 kommen.Frühstück ala Card perfekt.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im tropischen Ambiente
Es begann mit dem außerordentlich freundlichen Empfang im Hotel - abgesehen von dem Pick-up-Service in einer Mercedes S-Klasse vom Flughafen. Der tropische Garten lädt bei einem Cocktail - mit und ohne Alkohol - zum Verweilen nach einem anstrengenden Flug ein. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll und unterschiedlich eingerichtet und das Service Personal ist immer ansprechbar. Das Frühstück kann entweder innen im Hotel oder aber draußen im tropischen Garten genossen werden - oder sogar am Pool, der stets zum Schwimmen einlädt. Eine Pool-Bar, ein Massage Service und kostenlose Fahrräder runden diesen wirklich entspannenden und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswerten Aufenthalt in einem wirklichen Boutique Hotel ab. Herausragend war das sehr freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Personal und der eigene Pool auf dem Balkon.

The staff at the Mane Boutique hotel were excellent! I have never experienced such attentive, kind, hospitality. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very well maintained. Very close to the city center as well. We will absolutely be staying at the Mane Boutique hotel again in the future!

If you're looking for a beautiful hotel with a friendly and helpful staff while visiting Siem Reap and Angkor Wat - this is it! My husband and I had the pleasure to enjoy 4 nights at this lovely hotel in April. This really was a five-star experience; the hotel arranged our private pickup from the airport, greeted us with refreshing drinks upon arrival, and arranged our tours with very knowledgeable and friendly/funny guides. Additionally, they had tuk-tuks outside the hotel ready to take you wherever you need to go around the city, which was extremely helpful in the heat of the day. Our room was beautiful with a nice balcony and bathroom (fyi, the bed was a bit firm, but I like a firm mattress for my back lol). Each day the we were offered a lovely breakfast, afternoon tea, and a nice cocktail hour by the relaxing pool. A big thank you to Thavy and the rest of the team at Mane Boutique! We had a wonderful holiday and hope to see you again!

My wife & I stayed at Mane Boutique Hotel & Spa and had one of our best experiences ever. Thavy, Noun and the staff were top notch. We loved our themed room, we ate multiple meals and the food and drinks were fabulous and enjoyed Tea time along with the Hotel spa. They also helped us coordinate a driver and guide to see Angkor Wat over two days including sunrise and sunset. The location was perfectly situated in the city and close to everything plus they had a service pick us up and took us to the airport. The hotel design and set-up was green, meticulous and fun. If you're planning to go to Siem Reap, this is where I would recommend you spend your stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The most important reason was the staff. From the moment we checked in the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The courtesy extended to us was remarkable. All questions and requests were addressed by Safiel personally. From arranging tuk tuk rides to making reservations at local restaurants and even a take away breakfast for our sunrise tour, he is attentive and very efficient. I would recommend this boutique hotel highly.

Our experience at Mane boutique was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. They helped us plan our days to visit various temples by booking us tuk tuk driver and a tour guide. They even packed breakfast for us, so we felt very pampered. 10/10 would go back to this hotel for our next trip to Siem Reap.

A great choice.
Beautiful hotel with great service. The themed room was incredible; the hotel decor was well thought-out. The complimentary orange hotel tuk-tuks were a very sweet touch. Reception staff made us feel safe and comfortable, although they were not very knowledgeable about city activities and restaurants- they kept pushing for us to eat at their restaurant and to go see a particular ticketed show. They could use a proper, unbiased concierge. Still, this hotel is fabulous- highly recommend!
