Other Details to Note:
- Mosquito Notice: Since we are set amidst nature, please always keep your doors closed to avoid mosquitoes, especially in the evening. We have mosquito coils in the room and a regular schedule for mosquito repellent.
- Wifi : Please be aware that from March to May, temperatures in Siem Reap can reach up to 40°C, which may lead to occasional internet instability — a regional issue, not limited to our property. We are doing our best to support a stable connection and may provide an external modem if necessary. Thank you for your understanding!
- Hot Water & Bathtub : Each villa is equipped with a separate hot water tank. Hot water is available at the main shower, hand sink, and bathtub. Please note that the bathtub is quite large. To fill it with hot water, you can first fill it with cold water and then add hot water as needed. Rest assured, there is plenty of hot water available in the shower.
- Electricity : Cambodia is still a developing country, and power stability can sometimes be affected, especially during the hot season (March - May). We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds due to power fluctuations or similar issues.
- For security purpose, we do install the security camera at the main entrance only
- We use solar panels at main entrance and some common areas
- Road light will be available from sunset onward, Grab Ride OR Foods is reaching to the villa entrance
- During the rainy season, the road may be a bit wet. However, please don't worry—Grab ride service is available, and a free bike is accessible for you 24/7.
