« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« Horrible. MASSIVE ADA violation as I had a seizure on the property, was robbed during my episode, and then removed from my room due to other guests being “uncomfortable” with my condition yet no emergency services were contacted whatsoever. The rooms are disgusting, the staff is rude, the stairs are in gross disrepair, there is no accessibility for disabled people, no amenities, no customer service. Avoid at all costs. The Super8 across the street would probably be better. »

« My first time staying at Embassy Suites I hosted my 5 year old grandson and nephews and they all had the best time we built core memories for sure! From the coy fish and wish fountains, to the airport and unobstructed view. Spacious, clean and inviting staff. The complimentary breakfast was all that and then some. I can’t wait to book another family night! »

« Our room was extremely loud. Right next to the elevator and also adjoining room next to us extremely loud during quiet hours. Walls must have been old and thin and sound deadening non existent. We checked out a whole day early instead of finishing our stay. No support from the staff to move us to different room or mediate situation at all. Minimal support from Expedia on the chat option. Said they kept trying to reach hotel to verify we checked out? I told Expedia I had the receipt to show only...

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ. »
