« It’s a great property in a prime location. Close to grocery stores like Giant and few restaurants. Clean and family friendly. Host was great and communicated well with us. check-in and checkout Instructions were clear and we had a great experience »

« Overall the home did its job, however there were several small issue that added up. When we arrived none of the garbage cans had bags in them, we had to search the house for bags and eventually found 1 small roll of bags. Also, when we arrived, there were linens inside of the dryer and soaking wet linens in the washing machine. We used several spin cycles to get the linens dry enough to put in the dryer but we couldnt use the washer during our trip becuase it was in poor condition and left...

« Overall worst experience I have had in a rental. The house was in terrible shape - flooring unfinished, patches in drywall that were not painted, scrapes and wear all over the place. Furniture was heavily worn down, sheets and towels were in bad shape overall. Fixtures in bathroom were loose and felt like they were about to break. Host was not very helpful in the process, slow to respond to messages, and unsympathetic to the issues. »

« We drove up to the house, noticing a couple of torn window screens and some rain-soaked paper hanging off the mailbox. We had to ring the doorbell a couple of times before we heard a voice from the intercom. They had difficulty hearing us, asked whether we were staying that day or the next (it was supposed to be both), and then replied, "Oh. Wait a minute." Many minutes passed and no one came to the door. We can only imagine that we caught the host off guard. We double-checked our rental dates....

« House is in need of updating, electrical covers missing, dirty bathrooms "hair " in sinks, showers etc. T.V.'s in all rooms but most didnt work, ants crawling up kitchen cabinets. I could go on but you get the idea. Way overpriced for what it is and i should get money back for a miserable experience. »

« The host was nice but her son was very unpleasant and unprofessional,he threw a party while I was there with my guests and proceeded to party until 2am.he was also a constant bother . »

« Perfect place for us to visit for a few days. Great location, it was immaculate, comfy and lovely. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and we will surely be back for another stay in the future. »

« This was great for our stay. Nice place to come back to at the end of the day. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and being a lower level there is no traffic noise either. Great communication with the host and the description of the listing is accurate. Enjoy! »
