I had a very comfortable stay at Victoria Hotel! My room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious for a 1-person room. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet too, I didn't hear too much noise. I liked that there was a restaurant adjacent to the hotel; it was convenient for quick breakfasts. The location of the hotel was very convenient too. You could easily walk to many shopping/dining locations, and it was just a 5-minute walk from MRT stations.

The property is decent enough. A wardrobe needs to be fixed in all rooms . The light above the bed was very bright and it needs to be dim. There should have been 2 chairs in the room instead of just 1. It was a nice gesture of the property to refil the minibar daily. If possible house keeping staff needs to provide plates and cutlery in the room. The jet spray in the wash room needs to affixed on the right side instead of left. Overall we had a decent stay and though singapore is an expensive country ,the price we paid for this property was worth.

Family with a toddler.
It was one night stay to fly next day. I will not recommend this hotel, it was pricey and the restroom was dirty and moldy. They also need to take care of the AC, I could see a layer of dust. It is well located and I believe this is the reason for the price.

Nice little hotel with helpful staff.
I was not expecting luxury but got everything needed. Small but comfortable and extremely clean room. Housekeeping staff left the room immaculate. The free mini bar is a nice touch. I would stay here again if in the area.

Just a hotel where you only want to go to sleep, nothing else. Wifi is slow, disconnects all the time. Can't do proper work in between. My view was a wall. Sheet had holes. No store in the hotel or anything, lucky some 7 eleven next door. Not worth the price per night.

The sheets on one of the beds were dirty, and there was trash (it looked like leftover Nyquil tablets) in one of the drawers. The paneling on one of the doors was also coming off. Also, they have a no refund policy for any reason, so when I checked out early I paid full price. It was worth it to move to another location, though.

Very centrally located and convenient to downtown. Walking distance from Bugis metro stop so travelling around and to the airport was great. Quite basic, no lounges or breakfasts but it delivered super value and convenience.

Great location but thats where it ended. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, the room had a king bed and a single. Informed they didnt supply beds for more than 3 people and an extra bed would cost $55 per night. The beds were like rocks, and the duvet not the correct size for the bed. Poor quality curtains and no double glazing meant for a noisy night due to the busy road. Disappiointing overall particularly in consideration of very positive stays at other NuVe branded hotels

Just had 3 days off so cheap flight from Vietnam, to my surprise, $77 a night but right in the heart of a lot of things. Helpful and friendly staff. Plan to go back.

We chose Victoria hotel because a review said “good beds.” When we got to our room, we sat on the bed and thought, “Oh no, another hard bed.” But we gave it a try any way. We were pleasantly surprised. Unless you really need a thick memory foam type of mattress, you should be OK. The location is great if you use public transit. The metro is state of the art.
