« Nice hotel closed to downtown and airport. Room are cool and big »

« Good to short stay »

« These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

« Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu. »

« Here is the English translation: “High-end hotel but could be better. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is of good quality. The biggest downside for me is the cleanliness of the sofa and carpets in the room, which is unacceptable (cigarette burns, numerous stains…). Breakfast is average and the dining area noisy. Quite far from the city center, it can be difficult to find a taxi when there’s heavy traffic. In conclusion, it remains an average hotel.” »

« Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities »

« Que dire? Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits. Hotel très où plutôt trop isolé. Loin de tout. Au milieu des bidonvilles. ..

« If you are reading this, you have a chance to avoid my fate. We needed a quick booking on the mainland after a late flight and questionable ferry transfer to an island resort. I saw the pictures, room configurations, and the rating at the time, and went for it. My wife and daughter’s bathroom toilet had NOT BEEN CLEANED. The walls have mosquito blood and random scribbles on them and are generally badly in need of an update. The rooms are NOT soundproofed as stated in the profile - we heard every...

« Bon sejour, repond aux attentes »

« This is not a hotel. Its a collection of motel style rooms for which you need a code to get into a mail box where you might find a room key. But first you have to find the place. Location as shown on hotels.com is jsut plain wrong and misleading. The local people have never heard of Rail Suite Aeropod. Even the security guy in the building had no idea. They may know it as Cactus Rail Suites. You must make contact with the provider who will send you the code to your mail box. And when you...

« Room comfort, service perfect, staff really friendly and helpful. Location a bit far from city center »
