  • Il est situé dans un immeuble ancien entièrement rénové en 2011, au premier étage. Il dispose de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, salon et salle de bains, pompe à chaleur.
    Toutes les chambres ont deux lits de 200 cm x 90 cm peuvent être rapprochés.
    Le salon spacieux et lumineux a 6 places table, deux canapés confortables trois sièges chacun et un fauteuil. cuisine américaine attachée au salon a tous les équipements nécessaires, y compris un lave-vaisselle et lave-linge.
    Le balcon donne sur un village méditerranéen calme et la mer de rue typique et la célèbre promenade de regards.

A wonderful location to stay with a group of friends. Don’t stay in Barcelona, head to Sitges and embrace the old town and the beach. Perfect tapas and restaurants moments away.

Amazing location!!! 1 minute walk to beaches, shops, and amazing restaurants. 7 minute walk to train station (I would recommend for families especially when heading home to airport as we did not have reliable taxis in Sitges). Wonderful host! I want to bring back to this place.

Schöne Wohnung, die dem Inserat entspricht. Check in und Check out verlief problemlos. Zwei Tage vor dem Reisetermin setzte sich der Vermieter mit uns über Whats App in Verbindung.Die Wohnung liegt wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, vom Balkon kann man das Meer schon sehen.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wir vermissten nichts und sie war sehr sauber.Die Einrichtung kann man den Fotos entnehmen.Supermärkte ums sich einzudecken, findet man einige, im Umkreis von ca 5 Minuten Fußweg.Wir waren mit 3 Kindern da und dafür ist die Wohnung optimal, gerade auch wegen der Strandnähe.

Great location. Sitges has lots going on and nice beaches. Bedrooms 2 and 3 were smaller than we expected but perfectly functional for a 4 night break. Easy access to Barcelona. We would recommend this apartment.

Perfect stay

This place is really easy to walk to from the train and you really could not pick a better location. The old part of Sitges is a little fishing village area and this used to be a fisherman’s apartment. Only foot traffic allowed on the street which makes it nice and quiet. Perfect stay for family with adult children.

This is a lovely property in an ideal position in Sitges. It is on a quiet street , only yards from the promenade and ideal for accessing the old town. It isn’t far from the railway station where we went to get trains into Barcelona and Vilanova . Arrangements for access was very good and it was great to have contact by WhatsApp with Samantha who met us at the apartment and was available for advice and information.We are 5 retired ladies who thoroughly enjoyed our time here. One of the bedrooms was a little small so there was no room to separate the beds or leave space next to the wall for access. This would not have been a problem for younger people. There was also a slight smell of damp in this room. The apartment was clean, well resourced and comfortable and was as described on the website.

The apartment was a great set up for families. Lots of space an in a great location. Unfortunately the place smelt very musty and it was overpowering in one room. All out clothes took on this musty smell and it honestly wasn’t very pleasant. Perhaps a ventilation issue or maybe the place had been closed up for a long long time. Soap would have been handy for the showers and while a dryer was not advertised - in winter I think it’s a must have for families renting for more than a weekend in winter. If the musty smell could be addressed this would be a top notch accommodation.

short stay in Sitges

We loved the location, just a half block from the beach. The apartment was cozy for 5 adults but adequate. It is on a small street in the Old Town that was closed to traffic so that, although close to everything, it was very quiet. It was well equipped but we needed to provide staples that it would have been nice to find in the apartment, such as paper towels and clothes pins for the drying lines. The manager was wonderful and very gracious when we needed to call on her to let us in after we had walked out without keys.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Sitges

The apartment was in an excellent location to resturants, shopping, bars, and beaches. The communications with the owner could not have been better.

Perfect Location!

Wonderful three month stay in Sitges! My son attended a language school there and the apartment was so centrally located to everything we needed - his school was a short walk away as well as the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and the beach! The apartment is also set up nicely as it allows for privacy between the main bedroom and other bedrooms. Maria and Antonio, the owners and Samantha, the property manager were attentive and accommodating whenever we had questions or needed help with transportation. A truly memorable stay!

Superior location!

We could not have asked for a better location. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We loved going out the door and being able to walk up to the shops, restaurants and train station or down to the beach.

Great location and clean. Bright and well furnished. Samantha the PM was great! And very attentive. Only nits. No closet in third bedroom but ample extra space in others. Would recommend providing beach towels. Ended up renting from PM

Lovely Apartment Close to the Beach

We loved staying in this apartment. The proximity to the beach was great, and the street was quite, which was perfect for us since we were traveling with two small children. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends traveling to Sitges.

Perfect both times

I've rented this unit on two occasions in Sitges. Both times were wonderful. Located half a block from the Mediterranean-(which is visible from the balcony)- this apartment is spacious, immaculately clean and located in the heart of the old town- plenty of stores, restaurants, cafe. No car is necessary, all is within walking distance, including the train station. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a clean, modern space in the perfect location
